During September and October, training sessions were organized for

Revenue Authority managers and technicians assigned to Internal

and External Taxes on Spago BI, an application for the management

of reports issued by the Single Electronic Window (SeW).

The training sessions have been carried out in order to ensure the

dissemination of the main functionalities, advantages in the process

of management and revenue control, as well as in the management of

the performance indicators at the various levels of hierarchy, from

the local to the central.

With a strong practical component, the sessions included the regis-

tration of some users in Spago BI for 4 trainees who were not previ-

ously enrolled for the training. After assigning access credentials to

the application, instructing how to proceed to access, change the

password, navigate between directories, enter search parameters

and extract reports in different formats available in the tool.

In addition to running the most frequently used reports (Car Details,

Today's Revenue, and Yield Note), the Multi-Scheme Transaction

Listing report was displayed with detailed information for each im-

porter.
