For example: Challenge: I can’t cope with my opponent in badminton who I have played before that has a fast smash.

I planned to play drop shots to stop my opponent playing smashes. I feel this tactic worked as my opponent did not win very many shots with smashes. I forced my opponent to play net shots and this allowed me more opportunity to hold longer rallies and ultimately win more points. During the game my opponent worked out my tactic so he was ready for net shots and I could not use the space at the front of the court to win points as he was usually ready for my drop shots.

Complete 3(a) now.

This can include information on:

Winning/losing/times/distances/personal best/feelings/emotions.

For example: In my competitive Badminton game I won 21-16. I have never beat this opponent before so I am very happy.
