1. record show using WAV file type in Mono
2. decide on episode tags

3. add episode information to
historical excel spreadsheet
current text file for easy copy/paste avoiding typos or varying information
4. record intro using excel template
5. copy audio files from recorder to PC
6. run audio files through “The Levelator” from Conversations Network
7. launch audacity template and add audio files to project
8. save project before editing, ensuring all files are saved into new folder

10. export to WAV format
11. import audio into iTunes
12. convert to MP3 using iTunes (this ensures proper time code)
13. copy MP3 file to standard show folder
14. remove all file properties produced by iTunes
15. add tags to MP3 file via Tag & Rename using text file for copy/paste

17. create blog post by copy/paste old blog post
18. create RSS blog post by copy/paste old blog post
19. update blog posts links with location of new MP3 file
20. preview blog/RSS posts and click on links to ensure they are correct
21. publish blog/RSS posts
22. ping Feedburner
23. ping iTunes
24. refresh iTunes podcast directory to validate episodes are downloading

1. write your script
2. add script to iPhone or iPad teleprompter software
IF you’re by yourself without co-hosts
use teleprompter during recording
3. record show using Wirecast (M4V file type)
4. copy video file to PC
5. run through Sorenson Squeeze to produce compressed files for high and low quality video
6. copy finished MP4 files to standard folders
7. add tags to MP4 files via Tag & Rename (same tags as for MP3 files)
8. upload MP4 files to Blip.TV
9. copy tag information from text file

10. retrieve video URLs from Blip.TV and copy into text file
11. publish Blip.TV episode
12. create blog post using copy/paste old blog post
13. create RSS blog post by copy/paste old blog post
14. update blog posts links with location of new MP4 files
15. preview blog/RSS posts and click on links to ensure they are correct
16. publish blog/RSS posts
17. ping Feedburner
18. ping iTunes
19. refresh iTunes podcast directory to validate episodes are downloading
