5 YEARS WARRANTY

TERMS OF THE WARRANTY: All claims must be made within the 5 years warranty period from the delivery date of the doors. The replacement or repair of a door does not extend in any way the original 5 years warranty.Should the product show a defect during the warranty period covered by Belanger Laminates Inc., no distributor is authorized to extend nor enlarge the warranty in the name of Belanger Laminates inc..

LIMITATIONS: The warranty shall not apply to :

• Warping of doors of more than 32’’ high with a tolerance of 1/8’’ - Belanger Laminates Inc. recommends the use of a third hinge. Doors more than 50’’ high are not covered by any warranty.

• Any repair required or any defect caused as a result of misuse, abusive operation, negligence, accident, improper use and/or installation and/or lack of precaution.

• When the product is handled, modified or repaired by anyone other than Bélanger Laminates Inc., or one of its authorized representatives.

• Any defects to the surface caused by normal wear and tear.

• If, during the warranty period, the color or model of the defective door is not available for any reason out of our control, we reserve the right to credit the door or replace it with another color or an equivalent model without compensation for the rest of the doors purchased on the same order.

• The warranty is limited to the replacement or repair of the defective door without any compensation of labour and/or loss of pleasure of the product.

GARANTIE DE 5 ANS

TERMES DE LA GARANTIE : Toute réclamation doit être faite avant l’expiration du délai de la garantie, soit 5 ans à partir de la date de livraison des portes. Le remplacement ou la réparation d’une porte ne prolonge en aucun cas la garantie originale de 5 ans.S’il arrive que le produit ait un défaut durant la période couverte par la garantie donnée par Bélanger Laminés Inc., aucun distributeur n’est autorisé à prolonger ou élargir la présente garantie au nom de Bélanger Laminés Inc.

EXCLUSIONS : La garantie ne s’applique pas :

• Au gauchissement des portes de plus de 32’’ de hauteur avec une tolérance de 1/8’’- Bélanger Laminés Inc. vous recommande l’utilisation d’une troisième charnière. Les portes de plus de 50’’ de hauteur ne comportent aucune garantie.

• À toute réparation requise ou défaut causé suite à une mauvaise utilisation, un emploi abusif, une négligence, un accident, une utilisation ou une installation inadéquate et/ou un manque de précaution.

• Lorsque le produit est manipulé, modifié ou réparé par toute personne autre que Bélanger Laminés inc. ou un de ses représentants autorisé à effectuer les réparations.

• À la détérioration d’un élément extérieur (surface) du produit résultant d’une usure normale.

• Si, lors de l’exécution de la garantie, la couleur et/ou le modèle des portes en cause n’est ou ne sont plus disponibles pour des raisons hors de notre contrôle, nous nous réservons le droit de remplacer ou de créditer la ou les portes défectueuses par une autre couleur ou un modèle équivalent sans compensation des autres portes de la même commande.

• La garantie se limite au remplacement ou à la correction de la porte défectueuse sans aucune compensation de main d’oeuvre et/ou de perte de jouissance du produit.
