Configuring Routers, Switches and Access point as per the requirement from the project.

Coordinating with backbone team and international providers (ISPs) for major outages in their network.

Working on network support tickets and providing resolution in order to maintain SLA Configuring and Supporting VPN related issues. related issue for all local and global connectivity. Manage incidents and requests for a defined technology environment. Monitors all types of IT Infra Services on high priority basis to provide best services to

internal employees of the company. Coordinate with the Hardware support team for all Replacements and Repairs of

Routers, switches. Monitoring Critical Alarms for Network Devices using Spectrum, raising incident as per

the priority and assigning tickets, sending update via SMS to the management team, taking proper follow for incident raised in order to maintain the SLA, coordinating with Global NOC Team in case of any global issue.

Designing Network architecture using Microsoft Visio. If the link exceeds the limit then we check traffic via Net flow analyzer, track the users

and take the necessary action against on the same. Analyze problems, perform troubleshooting and communicate with site technician.. Monitoring MPLS Links and checking their bandwidth utilization using MRTG (Multi

Router Traffic Grapher) in graphical way. Using Nortel Device Manager for Nortel devices which allow remotely managing

a single device and managing the ports.
