Based on the principles of Iyengar yoga, this class focuses on posture and alignment and will leave you feeling stretched, relaxed, and ready to start your day.

A combination of toning and core strength exercises abdominal work. Finish with stretching moves to really loosen up.

Unlimited Group Fitness Classes are included in all UWA Sports Fitness Memberships. Alternatively, you can pay as you go for your classes ($12 for UWA students and Sports Members, $16 for community).

Enrolment is not necessary, just pick the class you would like to attend and get active!
