From 10th November 2014 to till date working with ATLAS COPCO INDIA LTD (ADS

DIVISION) Consultant by TEAM LEASE INDIA LTD. as Electrical Engineer.

• Experience in Electrical Harness Design and selection of Electrical components.

• Experience in working with the Electronic Engines as well as Mechanical engines.

• Experience in using AutoCAD and Entry level skills in Electrical Harness Design software’s like

Creo Schematic, PRO-Cabling.

• Experience in designing the interlocks for the safety with the help of programs and relay logic.

• Experience in Selecting and using the components like Pressure sensors, Temperature Sensors,

Proximity sensors etc.

• Basic Knowledge of operation of IC engines, Throttle Control for Engines etc.

• Basic Knowledge of various protocols and communication methods used for the data analysis, data

gathering etc.

• Supported the Engineering team for selecting and setting up a testing facility for various

• Familiar the Engineering process like Machine rollout process, Change management process, CPN

generation process etc.

• Fair Knowledge of the symbols and the Engineering Standards used for Design.

• Responsible to Release the Electrical Harness Drawings for the Procurement and Production.

• Worked on “Electro-Hydraulic fan control system” for DB-40 along with the Team Leader.

• Worked on testing of “Remote control operation of GDE Rod loader”.

• Knowledge of Basic hydraulic system, Components and Concepts.

• Knowledge of Basic working and the concepts related to Electronic Engine and Compressors.

• Supported during the Factory Testing of waterwell DB40 machine.

• Worked on BODAS controller, MC2 Controllers for defining the I/O list, operating requirements for

various functions in waterwell Application to the software engineer from vendor side.

• Worked on “Control Console Modifications” for DB40.

• Familiar on using the software’s like Bodas Service, IQAN Run for the diagnostic and

troubleshooting of various functions in waterwell application.

• Basic Knowledge of using analog and digital Signals, Sensors for monitoring Various Parameters.

• Fair Basic Knowledge of CAN signals J1939, Generic and Open CAN.
