3. Equipment 3.1. Mixing Console Recommended: Allen & Heath, Soundcraft, Midas, … (preferably analogue mixing consoles) Not recommended: JB Systems, Behringer, DAP Audio, SAMSON, HQ Power, … Minimum requirements:
- 16 balanced MONO CHANNELS (individual + 48 V, 4 band parametric EQ).
- 3 balanced STEREO CHANNELS.
- 1 STEREO INPUT for CD / Mini-Disc.
- 6 individual AUX SEND (4 PRE FADE, 2 POST FADE).
- 2 STEREO GROUPS + MASTER L/R. 3.2. Auxiliaries Recommended: DBX, BSS audio, Drawmer, TC Electronic, Lexicon… Not recommended: JB Systems, Behringer, DAP Audio, SAMSON, HQ Power, … Minimum requirements:
- 1 REVERB engine.
- 1 DELAY engine.
- 5 COMPRESSORS.
- 4 GATES (frequency triggered).
- 6 GRAPHIC EQUALIZERS (31 BAND).
- 1 CD Player (CD-ROM, CD-R and MP3 compatible) / Mini-Disc player
3.3. FOH Recommended: L-acoustics, Martin, Meyer Sound, Adamson, … Not recommended: Behringer, DAP Audio, JB Systems, HQ Power, …
Minimum requirements:
- RMS powers according to table below.
- All speakers and amplifiers should be fully protected (limiter).
- Installation: frontstage L & R (NOT onstage!).

3.4. Floor Monitors (wedges) Recommended: L-acoustics, Martin, Meyer Sound, … Not recommended: Behringer, DAP Audio, JB Systems, HQ Power, …
Minimum requirements:
- 12 “ monitors.
- Preferably coaxial monitors; if not, then: 2 LEFT and 2 RIGHT monitors.
- Each monitor: 750 Watt RMS with 130 dB SPL peak @ 1m.
- All speakers and amplifiers should be fully protected (limiter)
- Installation: see stage plan.
3.5. Drum fill Recommended: L-acoustics, Martin, Meyer Sound, … Not recommended: Behringer, DAP Audio, JB Systems, HQ Power, …
Minimum requirements:
- Drum fill with 15” sub.
- 1500 Watt RMS with 133 dB SPL peak @ 1m.
- All speakers and amplifiers should be fully protected (limiter).
- Installation: see stage plan. 4. Microphones & DI’s Recommended: Shure, Sennheiser, Audio Technica, AKG, BSS, … Not recommended: Behringer, DAP Audio, JB Systems, HQ Power, … Minimum requirements:
- Active DI with “Ground Lift” and “Gain Reduction 0 / - 20 / - 40 dB”
- Hi-hat & Underhead microphones: cardioid & condenser.
- Other microphones: cardioid & dynamic. Recommendations:
- See patch list for recommended microphones.
- Snare & (Floor) Toms: clip-on microphones.

7. Stage Main Stage:
- Minimum dimensions of: 5 m x 5 m x 1 m (Width x Depth x Height).
- Minimum allowable load: 500 kg/m² (strong, non-moving).
- Minimum free space between stage and ceiling: 4 m. Drum Riser:
- Minimum dimensions of: 3 m x 3 m x 0,5 m (Width x Depth x Height). 8. Electric requirements General:
- All electric equipment must be properly grounded.
- All sound equipment should have the same neuter (ground loops).
- Light equipment should not be connected to the same electrical source.
Onstage:
- Shuko’s according to Belgian connection.
- 2, 230 V AC, CEE 16 A, properly grounded. 9. Information exchange All technical information will be handled by the company AMV Solutions. Due to our dynamic working conditions, we recommend to contact us through e-mail: [email protected] In case that you use/hire your own PA system:
� You are requested to send following information to us:
- at least 2 weeks in advance: Mixing Console and Auxiliaries Specifications.
- at least 2 days in advance: Final Patch List and Event Program.
� You should foresee:
- during the soundcheck and the performance: a person that has technical knowledge and responsibility over the equipment (babysitter).
In case that you have no own PA system:
� AMV Solutions is prepared to make you an interesting offer for PA and/or LIGHT.
