I have benefited in many ways…a very pleasing balance of meditation and physical endurance…the way you are guided…through the techniques and philosophy of yoga, the sessions are thought provoking and up-lifting. I am looking forward to future lessons and gaining greater strength in parts of the body that other exercises don’t reach!
