Boxing Day Carvery Lunch - Wednesday 26th December Escape the clean up and enjoy a carvery lunch in one of our fabulous function rooms.

Christmas Eve Arrive at the hotel after 2pm and enjoy afternoon cream tea in the Lounge served until 5pm. At 7pm join your hosts for welcoming drinks and canapés before dinner. After dinner relax in the lounge or maybe visit one of the local Churches for Midnight Mass. Mulled wine and warm mince pies will be served on your return from Midnight Mass.

Christmas Day Enjoy a hearty country house breakfast and a relaxing morning at your leisure before joining your fellow guests for a traditional Christmas day lunch. Complimentary tea and coffee is served throughout the day and during the Queens speech, which is shown in the lounge, accompanied by Christmas cake and yule logs. Spend the afternoon relaxing or playing board games. A carved buffet will be served for dinner this evening followed by an opportunity to take part in ‘A Night at the Races’ with fun money provided - taking a risk is essential! Light snacks will be served after the races.

Boxing Day After breakfast enjoy a day of leisure, with complimentary tea and coffee being served throughout the day. Take this opportunity to explore and discover the picturesque delights of Stratford upon Avon’s Shakespearian past, stroll along the river or wander around the town popping into a few boutique shops. Afternoon tea is served from 2pm to 5pm whilst the treasure hunt is taking place. A fabulous candlelit dinner will be followed by our live 60’s entertainer where you can relax, sing along or dance to the classics for an hour or two. There will also be quizzes and bingo in the lounge for anyone not listening to the entertainer.

Thursday 27th December (optional 4th night available)

After breakfast, tea & coffee will be available in the drawing room again before you say goodbye to your fellow guests and make your way home. We hope you will be able to extend your stay for an extra night, and we can arrange for optional tickets for a performance at the Royal Shakespeare Theatre for the evening show for a small supplement. Please note that the theatre ticket will need to be booked as early as possible and paid for in full at the time to guarantee seat availability. Afternoon Tea will be served again in the Drawing Room anytime after 12 noon to fit into your plans. Dinner tonight will also be at your leisure from 5.45pm to 9.30pm to allow for theatre goers to eat before the performance if required. After dinner relax in the Bar Lounge and perhaps enjoy a nightcap before retiring.
