AYAT 10

...ترونهاخلق السماوات بغير عمد

• He has created the heavens withoutany pillars that you see,

• Al-Hasan and Qatadah said,"It does not have any pillars, visible orinvisible.''

...وألقى في الرض رواسي ...

“and has set on the earth firm mountains,”

means, the mountains which stabilize andlend weight to the earth, lest it should shakewith its water.

...أن تميد بكم ...

Allah says:

lest it should shake with you.

...وبث فيها من كل دابة ...

“And He has scattered therein moving creatures of all kinds,”

means, He has placed throughout it allkinds of animals, the total number ofwhose kinds and colors is known to noone except the One Who created them.

نا فيها من كل زوج وأنزلنا من السماء ماء فأنبت ...

When Allah tells us that He is the Creator, He also reminds us that He is the Provider, as He says:

And We send down water from the sky, and We cause (plants) of every goodly kind to grow therein in pairs,

meaning, every kind of good produce in pairs, i.e., they are beautiful to look at.

AYAT 11

هذا ...خلق الل

“This is the creation of Allah.”

means, all that Allah has mentioned here of the creation

of the heavens and earth and everything in between

stems from His power of creation and control alone, and

He has no partner or associate in that,

...ن دونه فأروني ماذا خلق الذين م ...

Allah says:

So, show Me that which those besides Him have created. those idols and rivals

whom you worship and call upon.

...بل الظالمون ...

“Nay, the wrongdoers,”

means the idolators who

associate others in worship with

Allah.

...في ضلل ...

“in error,”

means, they are ignorantand blind.

بين ... م

“plain,”

means, it is clear and obvious, and not at all hidden.

AYAT 12

...حكمة ولقد آتينا لقمان ال

Allah's saying:

“And indeed We bestowed upon Luqman Al-Hikmah,”

means, understanding, knowledge and eloquence.

... ...أن اشكر لل

saying: "Give thanks to Allah.'‘

means, `We commanded him to give thanks to Allah for the blessings and favors that Allah had

given to him alone among his people and contemporaries.'

...كر لنفسه ومن يشكر فإنما يش ...

Then Allah says:

“And whoever gives thanks, he gives thanks for (the good of) himself.”

meaning, the benefit of that will come back to him, and Allah's reward is for those who

give thanks,

غني ... ميد ومن كفر فإن الل

And whoever is unthankful, then verily, Allah is Rich,Worthy of all praise.

He has no need of His servants and He will not beharmed by that, even if all the people of the earth wereto disbelieve, for He has no need of anything or anyonebesides Himself.

There is no God but He, and weworship none but Him.

Lesson from the AyatAyat 10

Allah is all powerful and all-wisdom. He created the earth and all entries. So we should not associate anything after what has been

created and given by Allah Almighty.

Ayat 12We should be grateful with what has been given by Allah and

Worship or devotion, submission, obedience and loyal to Allah Almighty (perform all the command and simply leave all faithfully

Prohibited Because Allah)

Ayat 11Allah is the only one we should worship since He is the one that created us.
