Local Control Accountability Plan (LCAP)▪The LCAP is a written document the details the district’s mission to support all students and designates appropriate funds for action.

▪The LCAP is developed with input from various stakeholders of the district; Board members, certificated and classified staff, administration, parents, community members, and students.

▪The LCAP is publicly reviewed at the April Board Meeting with a final approval in June to be submitted to the County Office for review.

LCAP Site Action Plans

▪Each year, principals are asked to develop site action plans that detail support for the district LCAP goals.

▪LCAP site plans are presented to the Governing Board in October and reviewed again in June to report progress.

▪Each principal has been assigned a district office administrator as a “coach” to help discuss ideas and support action.
