    1 Phm vi p dng

    1.1 Tiu chun ny quy nh trnh t th nghim xc nh cng ko khi p ch (cn gi l

    cng ko gin tip) ca vt liu ht lin kt bng cc cht kt dnh.

    1.2 Tiu chun ny p dng cho cc mu th hnh tr c ch b trong phng th nghim hoc cc

    li khoan t cc lp mt ng.

    1.3 Tiu chun ny p dng ch yu cho cc loi vt liu ht lin kt bng cht kt dnh hu c: b

    tng nha; hn hp trn nha; v cho cc vt liu ht lin kt bng cht kt dnh v c: cp phi

    dm (hoc cp phi thin nhin) gia c vi xi mng, vi vi; t gia c vi xi mng, vi vi; ct gia

    c vi xi mng; b tng xi mng dng ct liu nh, b tng ngho.

    2 Ti liu vin dn

    Cc ti liu vin dn sau l cn thit p dng tiu chun ny. i vi cc ti liu vin dn ghi nm

    phin bn mi nht, bao gm c cc sa i, b sung (nu c):

    3 Thut ng v nh ngha

    3.1 Cng ko khi p ch (Splitting tensile strength)

    Kh nng chu ko ca mu vt liu khi c mt lc nn tc dng u dc theo ng sinh ca mu

    th hnh tr, nm trong mt phng thng ng i qua ng knh ca hai y mu th. Khi lc nn

    t n tr s ti a, mu th hnh tr s b ph hy theo mt phng thng ng do ng sut ko pht

    sinh vt qu kh nng chu ko ca vt liu mu th.

    Cng ko khi p ch thng ln hn cng ko dc trc v nh hn cng ko khi un

    ca mu vt liu.

    Cng ko khi p ch cn c gi l cng ko gin tip, hoc cng ko khi ba.

    4 Tm tt phng php th nghim

    Mt ti trng nn tc dng u dc theo ng sinh ca mu th hnh tr, nm trong mt phng thng

    ng i qua ng knh ca hai y mu th. Ti trng nn c tng lin tc v u vi tc bin

    dng (hoc tc tng ti) quy nh (xem 7.5) cho n khi mu tr b ph hy. Ti trng tng ng vi

    trng thi mu b ph hy c ghi li v dng tnh cng ko khi p ch ca vt liu thng qua

    cc kch thc ca mu tr.

    5 Thit b th nghim

    5.1 My nn c kh nng tng ti n ph hy mu (tu kch thc mu v loi vt liu ca mu),

    c ng h o lc (hoc vng o lc) v c hp s iu chnh tc nn mu.

    5.2 Tm m truyn ti c s dng mt trong cc loi sau tu vt liu c dng cht kt dnh v c

    hay hu c:

    5.2.1 Tm m truyn ti lm bng g dn nhiu lp, di hn ng sinh ca mu hnh tr khong 1

    cm v mi pha, rng (15 2) mm, dy (4 1) mm, c dng cho vt liu dng cht kt dnh v c.

    Tm m g khng c cong vnh, khng c khuyt tt, mt tm g phi phng. Hai tm g m

    ny ch c dng cho mt ln th (xem hnh 1).

    5.2.2 Tm m truyn ti bng thp, mt mt c dng lng mng, c bn knh bng bn knh ca y

    mu tr. Chiu rng ca tm m truyn ti bng thp bng (12,70 0,30) mm khi dng cho mu tr

    c ng knh 101 mm, v bng (19,05 0,30) mm khi dng cho mu tr c ng knh 152 mm.

    Chiu di ca tm m truyn ti di hn ng sinh ca mu tr khong 3 n 5 mm v mi bn.

    Tm m loi ny c dng cho vt liu dng cht kt dnh hu c. Mt tm m c t g lp

    vo bn nn di v mt tm m c t g lp vo b phn pha trn ca my (xem hnh 2).

    5.3.1 T n nhit bng khng kh hoc b n nhit bng nc t mu th nhit quy nh tu

    theo yu cu th nghim.

    5.3.2 Nhit k c chnh xc 0,10C.

    6 Chun b mu th

    6.1 Chun b mu th trong phng th nghim

    6.1.1 Chun b mu th hnh tr ca cc vt liu c dng cht kt dnh v c (vi, xi mng) theo mt

    trong cc tiu chun TCVN 3105:93 hoc ASTM C192 hoc ASTM D1632 hoc ASTM 5102 hoc

    TCVN 8858:2011 tu vt liu l b tng xi mng, cp phi dm (si cui) gia c xi mng hoc vi,

    t gia c vi hoc xi mng. Cc mu th hnh tr ny phi c bo dng gi m theo ng quy

    nh trong cc tiu chun tng ng cho n khi a vo my nn p ch. ng knh y mu

    hnh tr c ch b trong phng th nghim thng dng l 101 mm hoc 152 mm v chiu cao (di)

    mu tu quy nh trong cc tiu chun tng ng, nu khng quy nh th ly bng 2 ln ng knh

    mu tr.

    Mt t mu gm c t nht 3 vin mu.

    6.1.2 Chun b mu th hnh tr ca cc vt liu c dng cht kt dnh nha ng, tun theo mt

    trong cc tiu chun ASTM D6926 hoc ASTM D5581 hoc ASTM D4013 hoc AASHTO T245 hoc

    TCVN 8860:2011 tu theo mu hnh tr ca b tng nha c ch b theo phng php Marshall hay

    bng thit b m xoay.

    ng knh y mu hnh tr bng 101 mm hoc 152 mm, chiu cao (di) ti thiu ca mu tng

    ng bng 50 mm hoc 75 mm.

    Mu th hnh tr phi c bo dng trong b nc n nhit (hoc t khng kh n nhit) nhit

    xc nh, trong thi gian quy nh ca yu cu th nghim trc khi a vo my nn p ch.

    Mt t mu gm c t nht 3 vin mu.

    6.2 Mu th l li khoan t cc lp mt ng

    Li khoan phi c mt tr phng, hai y li khoan phi song song. Chun b li khoan lm mu th

    tun theo tiu chun TCVN 3105:93 hoc ASTM C42 v ASTM C192.

    ng knh li khoan l 101 mm khi ng knh ln nht danh nh ca ct liu l 19 mm v l 152

    mm khi ng knh ln nht danh nh ca ct liu ln hn 19 mm.

    Chiu cao ca li khoan tu theo chiu dy ca lp mt ng nhng khng nh hn 38 mm i vi

    li khoan b tng nha ng knh 101 mm v khng nh hn 75 mm i vi li khoan ng knh

    152 mm.

    Mi t mu gm c t nht 3 li khoan.

    7 Cch tin hnh

    7.1 Xc nh din tch thit din chu ko khi p ch ca cc vin mu tr. Trn mu th hnh tr k

    khung to bi hai ng sinh v hai ng knh cng nm trn mt mt phng. o chnh xc ti 1mm

    cc cp cnh song song vi nhau tng i mt v tnh cc gi tr trung bnh. Din tch chu ko l din

    tch ca khung k tnh theo cc gi tr trung bnh ca cc cnh.

    7.2 Lm sch b mt tm nn, tm m truyn ti v vin mu cc phn s tip xc nhau khi th

    nghim p ch.

    7.3 i vi cc mu vt liu c dng cht kt dnh nha ng, khi cn th nghim p ch mt

    nhit quy nh no th mu phi c bo dng b n nhit bng nc t nht l 30 min nhng

    khng qu 60 min, hoc t n nhit bng khng kh khng t hn 4 h. sai lch nhit cho php

    l 10C.

    7.4 Mu th hnh tr sau khi bo dng c ly t ln tm m g truyn ti t bn nn di

    ca my nn i vi mu vt liu dng cht kt dnh v c (xem 5.2.1 v hnh 1); hoc t dc vo

    lng mng ca tm m truyn ti bng thp c g vo bn nn di ca my nn i vi mu

    vt liu dng cht kt dnh hu c (xem 5.2.2 v hnh 2). Tng t nh th t tm m truyn ti th

    hai ln trn mu th dc theo ng sinh. ng sinh to khung k trn mu tr phi trng vi trc

    dc ca tm m truyn ti. i vi mu vt liu c dng cht kt dnh hu c, thi gian thc hin cc

    thao tc t khi ly mu ra khi ni bo dng n khi t xong mu vo my nn khng c qu 2

    min.

    7.5 p ch mu th bng cch tng ti lin tc v u cho n khi mu b ph hy: Tc bin dng

    (tc di chuyn bn nn ca my) khi p ch mu vt liu dng cht kt dnh hu c bng (50 5)

    mm/min. i vi mu vt liu dng cht kt dnh v c th dng tc tng ti ng sut ko khi p

    ch tng u trong khong t 0,10 MPa/min n 0,70 MPa/min t l thun vi cng mu th, sao

    cho thi gian ph hu vin mu khng nh hn 30 s. Ghi li ti trng ti a ph hy mu cho tng vin

    mu th.

    8 Tnh kt qu

    8.1 Cng ko khi p ch Rkc ca tng vin mu th hnh tr c tnh chnh xc n 0,01 MPa

    theo cng thc:

    8.2 Cng ko khi p ch ca vt liu l gi tr cng trung bnh ca ba vin trong t mu nu

    gi tr ln nht v nh nht khng lch nhau qu 15% so vi gi tr ca vin trung bnh.

    Nu mt trong hai gi tr trn lch qu 15% so vi vin trung bnh th loi b c hai gi tr ln nht v

    nh nht. Khi cng ko khi p ch c tnh theo gi tr ca vin trung bnh cn li.

    9 Bo co th nghim

    9.1 Trong bo co th nghim, cn ghi r:

    - n v yu cu.

    - Tn cng trnh, d n, hng mc p dng.

    - Phng th nghim; Ngy th nghim.

    - Loi mu ch b trong phng th nghim hay mu l li khoan.

    - K hiu tng mu, vt liu ca mu, l trnh khoan li.

    - S hp ng hoc vn bn yu cu th nghim.

    - Tui mu, trng thi chung ca mu.

    - Kch thc mu:

    . Chiu cao mu (gi tr trung bnh ca tng mu).

    . ng knh mu (gi tr trung bnh ca tng mu).

    - Ch bo dng mu trc khi th; b n nhit bng nc hay bng khng kh, nhit bo

    dng, thi gian bo dng.

    - Nhit th nghim mu.

    - Tc bin dng (tc di chuyn bn nn ca my), hoc tc tng ti trng khi p ch.

    - Ti trng ph hy mu.

    - Cng ko khi p ch Rkc ca tng mu.

    - Cng ko khi p ch ca vt liu (gi tr trung bnh ca cc mu trong t mu).

    - Ch k ca ngi lm th nghim, phng th nghim v c quan qun l phng th nghim.
