From here we see the principle of not causing others shame or discomfort when they have done something improper in the past and now regret it. Never remind anyone of past misdeeds. Always do whatever you can to protect people from embarrassment.

There is no doubt and its pretty common knowledge that sugar is the unhealthiest component of our diet today. Sugar is the first thing to cut out of your diet when changing to a healthier lifestyle or a weight loss program.

On the other end of the spectrum we have vegetables. Veggies are one the healthiest foods of our diet, and it’s what health conscious people and people who are trying to lose weight indulge in without second thought. Well, what if your salad - the healthiest part of your diet, is actually a way for sugar - the least-desirable food for the health conscious, to creep in under our radar?

We’re talking about salad dressings. Salad dressings are very popular among those who eat a lot of vegetables. It really gives the salad the finishing touch, making it more edible and attractive. And it’s not only dressing that can pose potential problems. Some salads have sugar as part of the recipe, and the list includes cucumber salad, coleslaw, beet salad and many others.

This does not always have to be an issue, depending on how much sugar the salad contains and how much you consume. It also depends on how many other sources of sugar or refined carbohydrates your diet contains.
