• Show proven senior leadership experience in school improvement, performance management, monitoring and self evaluation

• lead by example, coach and mentor staff and lead teams effectively

• Be an excellent communicator, with strong levels of emotional intelligence and proven experience of working in partnership with pupils, parents and the wider community
