HIGH PERFORMANCEWITH FOUR PASS DESIGN

Prismatic central heating boilers of EKY 125-500 models have been engineered in five different capacities for solid fuel burning,In order to increase operation life cycle of the boiler, thicker steel and cast iron have been applied to its production,Four-pass construction ensures high thermal efficiency and low flue gas emission.
Digital control panel: EKY boilers are operated with digital control panel which provides precise and efficient control and contributes to longer operation life of the boiler. Safety: The boiler's water temperature is set with the thermostat on the digital control panel. If for any reason the water temperature rises to 100 ° C, limit thermostat is activated and fan operation is stopped. The boiler has to be restarted manually.
Fuel warning: The superiority of EKY boilers is to prevent unnecessary operation of the fan indicating burnout on the control panel when out-of-fuel.
Flue flap: EKY boilers are equipped with flue flap in order to achieve fuel saving for high draught flues. It can be adjusted easily by the user due to its position visible from outside.

Prismatic central heating boilers of EKY/S 125-500 models are compatible with instant water heaters (boilers) within our product range,Prismatic central heating boilers of EKY/S 125-500 models have been designed for solid fuel from 116 to 456 kW. These boilers are user-friendly and provide high efficiency. Electronic control panel allows to control the operation of the boiler at all stages.
Fuel adjustment: Fuel adjustment is made by means of two buttons on the control panel which set feeding and waiting time.
Digital control panel: EKY/S boilers are operated with digital control panel which provides precise and efficient control and contributes to longer operation life cycle of the boiler

High Technology Burning Chamber
The new prismatic 4 pass boilers, have been designed with round shape oven in order to increase the burning effieciency and to provide equal fuel distribution. This round shape oven provides aerodynamic air distrubution, fuel progress angle and burning distance which was not ensured at previous oven type. With new type oven the burning efficiency will increase so that there won’t be any unburned fuel leaves on the oven which means that fuel costs will be decreased.

EKY/S cylindrical boilers have been engineered in 10 different models with heating capacity range from 145 kW to 581 kW. 4-pass construction allows to benefit from high efficiency and economy of the fuel required for the buring of the boiler.
Advantages of 4-pass boilers due to the increased heat transfer surface compared to 3-pass boilers:
Higher efficiency.Longer boiler's life cycle due to low thermal loads.
Eco-design with low flue gas emission.Longer burning time.
Designed for burning of solid fuels,Resistant to high temperature steel and stable to physical shocks cast iron ensure problem-free operation even under the heaviest conditions,Stainless steel turbulators placed in the flue pipes support heat transfer, decreases fuel consumption and also contributes to long-life of the boiler preventing condensation in the flue pipes,

EKY/S cylindrical boilers have been engineered in 18 different models with heating capacity range from 116 kW to 912 kW. 4-pass construction allows to benefit from high efficiency and economy of the fuel required for the buring of the boiler.
Coal, pellet, olive core and nut shell can be used as fuel in the boiler ,because of using the round firebox. There is no necessity to pour concrete around the round firebox because of the round firebox technology.Stainless steel turbulators placed in the flue pipes support heat transfer, decreases fuel consumption and also contributes to long-life of the boiler preventing condensation in the flue pipes.Insulation plates are used for insulation and are used on the rear cover. These insulation plates increases the boiler’s efficiency.

For having high thermal power and efficiency, they heat the environment in the shortest time and provides fuel saving.Termodinamik panel radiators, with their height 300-400-500-600-900 mm and length from 400 mm to 3000 mm increasing in 100 mm ranges, ensure to choose the radiators with the most appropriate dimensions for the heating need and decorative design of the environment.For the purpose of preventing from shocks and healthy transportation, Termodinamik Panel Radiators are packed in carton box as supported with balloon and shrink nylon.
