How you act will communicate more than any booth will ever accomplish!!!

Please… no eating, drinking or texting in the booth. Stay focused on potential clients. They are coming.

Are you ready for them, or are you going to insult them with food in your mouth, your back turned, or by making them seem un-interesting?

HUNGRY or THIRSTY? Leave the booth.NEED TO TEXT? Leave the booth.

What do people do with brochures?

If you are a walking brochure, they will do the same with you.

BE ENGAGING!!!

Ask questions? Try…

• Where are you from?• How was the lecture?• What are you hoping to

gain from being here at the event?

• Is there something in particular you would like to know about us?

Until either the clients or you leave the event, you are ON!

This means that you stay charming, not alarming!!!

Everyone is a contact.

In your spare moments, walk the floor and talk to the other exhibitors.

They are looking for clients too and will often share stories and leads.

And finally, remember that you are the company representative.

How you act, talk and engage will be a reflection of your company.
