UPDATE 2014LATIN AMERICAN PROGRAM

MEXICO INSTITUTEBRAZIL INSTITUTE

The Latin American Program and its Institutes on Brazil and Mexico work to address the most critical current and emerging challenges facing the Hemisphere. The Program sponsors relevant and timely research and uses its unparalleled convening power to provide a nonpartisan space for experts, decision makers, and opinion leaders to interact. Through its public events, briefings, and publications, the Program provides context, depth, and background to contribute to more informed policy choices in the United States and throughout the region. Broad outreach via print and on-line publications and traditional and social media extends this open dialogue to citizens of the United States, Latin America, and beyond. The Program is overseen by a dis-tinguished international Advisory Board of preeminent scholars, public intellectuals, and business leaders and is chaired by former President of Uruguay Tabaré Vázquez.
