Building Cost FBTR 2006 is 12.78 Million Euro

Cave 11,80 M€

Annex building 0,98 M€

The cost optimizations are the following:

1) The cave floor is in one level2) The sandwich walling is obsolete3) 1 slab/floor opening for the crane instead of 2.

4) The new opening dimension is 6m x 10 m.

The building cost in our Draft version as of now around 10.5 Million Euro
