Week 9 Term 3, 10th September 2014 Dear Parents, Sue Mackay Principal Week 1 Term 4, 7th October 2015 Dear Parents, Can you believe we are now in the final term of the 2015 school year? Hopefully everyone had some chance over the last week to enjoy the brilliant weather and to start to get into ‘summer’ mode. The key calendar dates for the term have been posted on the school website for your information and forward planning. Over the recent school holidays the memorial garden on the north side of the library has begun its transformation. Over the next weeks as gardens and seating are constructed and installed we hope you are able to have a look next time you are in the school. It’s a work in progress! The next big date for our P & C is the Twilight Fair on Friday 13 th November. This will come around quickly so please keep an eye out for notes and information. The Fair is the major fund raising event for the P & C, occurring every two years. Its success is a reflection of the school community pulling together for this one occasion. It would be great for every family to help in some way – big or small. Speaking of our fantastic P & C, I would like to formally welcome the new Committee to their positions. Congratulations and thank you to each of you. President: Kerith Hagenaar Secretary: Tracee Tyas Treasurer: Karina Allen Vice President: Amy White Second Vice President: Kate Tuck Publicity Officer: Elli Hennessy Interim Uniform Shop Coordinator: Rachel George I would also like to extend a note of thanks on behalf of the P & C, to Batey Vigors Accountants for their assistance with the annual audit of the P & C’s books. Week 9 Term 3, 10th September 2014 Dear Parents, Sue Mackay Principal

Quote for the Week:

Week 1 Term 4, 7th October 2015

Dear Parents,

Can you believe we are now in the final term of the 2015 school year? Hopefully everyone had some chance over the last week to enjoy the

brilliant weather and to start to get into ‘summer’ mode. The key calendar dates for the term have been posted on the school website for

your information and forward planning.

Over the recent school holidays the memorial garden on the north side of the library has begun its transformation. Over the next weeks as

gardens and seating are constructed and installed we hope you are able to have a look next time you are in the school. It’s a work in

progress!

The next big date for our P & C is the Twilight Fair on Friday 13th November. This will come around quickly so please keep an eye out for

notes and information. The Fair is the major fund raising event for the P & C, occurring every two years. Its success is a reflection of

the school community pulling together for this one occasion. It would be great for every family to help in some way – big or small.

Speaking of our fantastic P & C, I would like to formally welcome the new Committee to their positions. Congratulations and thank you to

each of you.

President: Kerith Hagenaar Secretary: Tracee Tyas Treasurer: Karina Allen Vice President: Amy White Second Vice President: Kate Tuck Publicity Officer: Elli Hennessy Interim Uniform Shop Coordinator: Rachel George

I would also like to extend a note of thanks on behalf of the P & C, to Batey Vigors Accountants for their assistance with the annual audit of

the P & C’s books. Thank you so much for your expertise and support of our school.

Let’s hope this is the first week of a great term for everyone,

Sue Mackay
