Summer April 1 to October 31st  9 – 5 PM         Winter  November 1 to March 31st  10‐4 PM 

Store is now open Sundays 10am‐2pm. Office/Store Closed Major Holidays.  

 The CAMPGROUND IS OPEN every day until 9:30 PM. 

PLEASE use a Water Pressure Regulator at your site due to HIGH WATER PRESSURE. 

Check out time 11 AM.  Check in time 12 NOON.   

Speed Limit IS 5 mph.  Slow Down!  ONLY YOU CAN PREVENT SPEED BUMPS! 

QUIET HOURS 10 PM to 8 AM.    Due to quiet hours, we stop receiving new campers at 9:30 PM. 

Children under 13 must be kept in your view at all times.  There are water hazards in the park. 

Pets:  All pets must be leashed.  Please don’t leave dogs unattended either inside or outside your RV. We 

can provide names and numbers of pet sitters.  Please pick up pet waste immediately.  Bags are 

provided in the store, at the dog park, and restrooms. 

Campfires.  Propane Fires only in campsites.  A group fire pit is near the clubhouse.  HOWEVER, there is 

usually a burn ban in this county BY July 1st every year. We are a very vulnerable pine forest. 

Fishing:  Fishing licenses are available at Farm and Home in town.  The Yakima River is catch and release 

only.  Hanson Pond is 1 mile east of us and has free fishing for kids up to age 15 and for disabled adults 

with a modified license.  There is also good shore fishing at exit 74 Lavender Lake. 

Dump Station:  Available to park guests only.  Not available to the general public. 

Our septic system is very fragile.  Please do not flush feminine hygiene products, diapers, paper towels 

or anything that shouldn’t be flushed!  Please do not put anything in your RV Tank that will eventually 

end up in the septic system like rubber gloves or steak bones (true story).  THANK YOU! 

Gray water.  Please do not empty gray water onto the ground.  Use the dump station. 

Clubhouse is available unless it is reserved by a private group.  The kitchen in the clubhouse is only for 

groups who have reserved and paid for exclusive use of the clubhouse. 

TV CABLE at your site.  On your cable ready TV, go to settings.  Set input to “Cable”.  Auto scan for local 

channels (takes several minutes).  If done correctly, your TV should go automatically to a TV station. 

Sometimes one must re‐scan the channels a couple of times.  Local High Definition channels are 54.1, 

54.2, and so on to 58.X.  ABC, NBC, CBS, FOX, Root.  Channel Guide is Channel 3. 

Please do not wash or repair vehicles or RVs in the park. 

Please do not put up clotheslines or ropes. 

This is a recreational park, not a residential park.  Maximum stay is 30 days April thru October.  6 month 

stays are allowed in the off season, November 1st thru April 30th only.
