To be eligible for the dean’s list at St. John Fisher College, a student must have attained at least a 3.5 Gpa for the semester.

Katelyn A. Daley of rochester received her bachelor degree from St. lawrence university during commencement ceremonies.

daley, a member of the Class of 2016 majored in psychology and received the degree of bachelor of science. daley graduated from The aquinas insti-tute.

Lindsay DeWind, daughter of Brian and Cynthia DeWind of Spen-cerport, has been named to the ohio northern university dean’s list for the spring 2016 semester. dewind is a sixth year pharmacy major.

The dean’s list includes students who attain a Gpa of 3.5 or better.

The elmira College de-partment of athletics rec-ognized the achievements made by its student-ath-letes and staff members throughout the 2015-16 academic year during the 46th annual athletics award banquet. members from elmira’s 21 varsity team, as well as the Sports medicine department, re-ceived end-of-year awards throughout the night, including: booster Club player of the Year Audrey Clarke, of Churchville for women’s golf.

Stacie Bridge of Churchville was recently named to the president’s list for the spring 2016 term at Hudson Valley Community College. The college’s president’s list honors those students who have a term Gpa between 3.5 and 4.0. bridge is in the Health information management and Technol-ogy academic program.

Justin Carter of the riT men’s crew team earned all-liberty league honors, as the conference announced its 2015-16 end of season awards on monday, may 23. Carter sat five seat of the varsity eight.

riT’s varsity eight was named liberty league boat of the week three times in 2015-16. The crew earned a silver medal at the new York State Col-legiate rowing Champion-ship and finished second at the liberty league Championship. in addi-tion, the group competed in the petite final at the national invitational rowing Championship and placed fifth at the Head of the Fish regatta in the fall.

Diamond A. Oliver of rochester has been selected for member-ship in the St. lawrence university chapter of phi alpha Theta, the national history honorary society.

oliver is a member of the Class of 2017 and is majoring in psychology and history. She attended Churchville-Chili Senior High School.
