Lockdown Lubricator SystemThe Dutch Lockdown Lubricator System† is the most popular mechanical system of its type used offshore. It protects BOP seals from potential wireline wear and provides a reliable seal without having to remove any equipment from the BOP, including the mud monitoring system.

Installation is safer, simpler, and saves time compared to conventional lubricator systems. The lockdown pins mechanically secure the lubricator in place, providing a controlled wellhead environment.
