WNMU is located in historic Silver City, at the foot of the 3 million acre Gila National Forest. Four gentle seasons provide for an awesome outdoor experience. Students here take advantage of the pleasant year-round weather with biking, hiking, fishing and cycling.

WNMU is committed to delivering quality education at an affordable cost. More than 80% of our students receive financial aid in the forms of scholarships, grants, loans or work-study. The Western Undergraduate Exchange program lowers tuition for students from AK, AZ, CA, CO, HI, ID, MT, ND, NV, OR, SD, UT, WA and WY. Resident tuition waivers are available to students in Arizona, Colorado and El Paso, Texas.

Transferring credits to WNMU is easy and convenient. We partner with universities and colleges throughout the region.
