Choose accessibilityYou might choose a school where classrooms and lecture halls seat hundreds, even thousands, of students. Then again, you might want to learn from internationally-known professors who know your name. That’s uCCs.Our students say it best:

““

““I chose UCCS because it’s close to home, but I stayed because the chemistry department is small.

Everyone knows everyone. I like how close knit the science department is here. — Morgan, Chemistry, ‘13

I took every class I could with [CLAS Professor] Janice Thorpe. I connected with her style of teaching. She challenges me to push myself beyond what I think I can do. — Bianca, Business Communications, ‘13

apply online at www.uccs.edu/apply by submitting your: ■ Application ■ $50 Application fee ■ Official high school transcript or copy of GED certificate* ■ Official transcript from all previous colleges & universities ■ Freshman students need to submit ACT or SAT scores

If you have taken the ACT or SAT more than once, please send us all of your scores as we can look at the top scores from each testing period.**

■ NOTE 1: A review of most transfer credit and courses will be completed within two weeks of admission. This evaluation will be posted to your GoUCCS portal. Some courses may require more information from you for evaluation.

■ NOTE 2: Prospective students — both freshman and transfer— may apply one year in advance of attending UCCS. The sooner you apply, the easier it is to get ahead of deadlines and priority dates
