Yellow Group Kinder, Weekly Reflection

Term 4, Week 1

First week of term 4 and we concentrated on having a flexible

routine so everyone could catch up with friends and spend time

discussing what we got up to during the holidays.

We also had a discussion about what we wanted in our program

for this term. Some of the ideas were: Zara: A lego station. James:

some pretend money. Yeel: dinosaurs. Valentina: A jungle, like

The Lion King. We will add some of these ideas to our program.

As the weather is warming up we also discussed the importance

of drinking water. Nicole asked the children; What happens if you

don’t drink enough water. Some of the responses were; Yeel: You

will get dehydrated. Zara: You might faint because that’s what my

cousin did. Ari: If you get dehydrated your cheeks will get red.
