Notes
Note 1: All sizes in mm; first dimension is horizontal (X), second is vertical (Y)Note 2: Add 5 mm bleed on each side for bleed modules.Note 3: Effective horizontal size of full-page ads on 2nd and 3rd covers is 8 mm less than that of regular pages due to glued cover attachment area.Note 4: Ads occupying page spreads require special processing of images crossing the spine fold. Such image’s halves belonging to facing pages must not be prepared by cutting the original directly at the spine, but rather must be cut 2,5 mm outside of their respective page’s border, then shifted 2,5 mm inside their page. The extra 2,5 mm on the opposite end may be masked or cut. The achieved duplication of 2,5 mm area between image halves allows for proper visual compensation at the spine fold.Note 5: Any advertising material must carry «реклама» or «на правах рекламы» notes («advertisement», «as advertisement») in compliance with Russian law.
If copy occupies over 30% of total ad area:• Font size must be 9 pt or more• Only sans serif typefaces may be used •The ad must have a color background with at least 15% ink density • Advertised product logotype must be present and placed in size equivalent to at least 2% of total ad area

Technical requirements
• Page size defined in layout application must match the purchased ad format. • Layouts must be accompanied by a color printout, a color/contract proof, or a legible JPEG soft proof.• Layouts requiring usage of client font files may not be submitted and will not be accepted.• Layouts using externally linked files (illustrations, images, logos) must come complete with all such files collected.• All colors and images used must be in CMYK color mode.• Raster image resolution: CMYK, grayscale — 250 dpi; 1-bit/lineart — 800–1200 dpi. (If, at final scaling, resolution exceeds these values, Afisha reserves the
right to downsample the image).• Raster images must not have alpha-channels; DCS format is not accepted; JPEG compression must be used with caution and only at highest quality/largest
size setting.• Minimum line thickness for basic solid colors (C/M/Y/K) — 0.2 pt.• Raster files with clipping must only have one clipping path; its flatness value must be left blank.• Any custom trapping settings must be communicated to Afisha's technical department (such as overprints on colors other than solid black).• Afisha recommends preflighting and collecting submitted jobs with tools like FlightCheck or Preflight Pro.

General considerations
• Line screen (both covers and inside pages): 150 lpi.• Dot gain: inside pages 18–20%; covers 15–18%.• Spectral values of inks — Eurostandard/Euroscale (not SWOP!).• Neutral gray balance: С50-M40-Y40-K0 (matches K58).•Maximum total ink coverage: 300% (black limit up to 100%). Afisha can provide the CMYK ICC profile to be used for proper color separation or total inkllimiting.
•Thin lines (approx. below 0.4 pt) and text in small sizes (approx. below 6 pt), colored in white on complex color backgrounds, in complex colors, orinside a raster image, may change their appearance or lose legibility due to misregistration. Afisha may not be held responsible for misregistration withintechnological norms and recommends using the quoted values as design limits.
•Color matching between the printed page and the client proof (within technological limits) is only guaranteed for 3M Matchprint and DuPontCromalin analog contract proofs, calibrated to ISO-12647-2 specification. Matching the color on proofs made with other technologies is notguaranteed.
