We invite a group of 8 young people to a 4-month, ‘once-in-a-lifetime’ program: Build the Future of learning.

This is not an internship; it’s an experienceship. As one of our collaborators, you will be a valuable member of our team as we set out to spark a revolution in learning. Our first space, LearnLab, is designed to ignite your creativity, equip you with the skills to make a living from it, and push what you think is possible.

It is a hybrid makerspace, coworking, design studio, and startup incubator for youth, where you can unleash your creative potential, explore new ideas, cultivate skills, make a positive difference, and learn to thrive in a transformative world.

The program is designed to develop the entrepreneurial know-how, leadership capacity, creative competence, project management and technical skill of each participants as they tackle this very real and important challenge.

You will develop essential social, problem-solving, business, communication and technological skills - under the guidance of our expert guides. You will use digital fabrication tools (3D printers and scanners, laser cutters, large-scale printers, CNC milling machines) in conjunction with design processes that challenge them to rapidly turn their ideas into products and processes.

YOUR PROFILE

You are between 16 and 22 years old and have a good level of spoken and written English. You are curious, open to adventure, and understand that making is both fun, messy and goes through many iterations before there is a polished product. Above all, we are looking for participants who are prepared to take on the challenge of project- and

self-management. You will be treated as team members in a startup and will be expected to take ideas and run with them. If this opportunity interests you, we’d like to set up a conversation to get to know you better.

Since this is a one-of-a-kind project, we are seeking participants who are eager to work in a startup environment, take risks, use technology, and work in teams.
