SmartRoute automatically creates the most efficient routes for each mobile worker based on jobs in SmartDispatch

Routes are sequenced to save driving miles and time while staying on-time for customer time windows

GPS updates from the phones enable re-calculations of the ETA (estimated time of arrival) for each stop.

Drivers / stops predicted late are automatically colored coded in SmartDispatch

New jobs received during the day automatically have a ‘best suggested mobile worker’ list to save time, miles and improve response time of critical jobs.

Customer provides contact information and required lead time when the work order is generated

Allows the customer to shop, work, etc rather than sit at home

If the appointment is not confirmed, the system contacts the next customer on the route until an appointment is confirmed and the remaining open work orders are rescheduled.

If the appointment is confirmed, the mobile worker is automatically sent a text message to proceed to that location.
