    GRF File

    What is a GRF file?

A text file that contains crossplot specifications

    Where do I get one?

ECLIPSE Office: Set up the crossplots you want, write out a

    GRF for future use

By editing an old GRF fileGRF File

    Exercise 2: SNARK RUNSPEC Section

    Purpose:

Create a RUNSPEC section from scratch.

    Field SNARK:

    Grid Dimensions - 24 x 25 x 12

Oil field initially undersaturated (above bubble point).Aquifer support suspected (we will use a Fetkovich aquifer).

    Production from 1 January 1998.

5 producers. Up to 2 wells may be drilled in the future.

Request unified input and output files. Use Field Units.

Ex 4: SNARK - PROPS & REGIONS Sections

    Purpose:

Supply and verify reservoir fluid PVT properties

Supply and verify relative permeability & capillary pressure data

    Define distinct reservoir regions

    Relevant Data:

    Surface Densities (lb/ft3) Oil 42.28; Water 62.43; Gas 0.0971.

    Bw is 1.013 rb/stb at 3118 psia, w is 0.4 cP and Cw 2.74x10-6 (psi)-1

    Cris 2.8x10-6 (psia)-1 at P

iPVT and Saturation Tables are supplied in PROPS_Data.xlsspreadsheet
