South Dakota Graduation Requirements

The Graduating class of 2018 and those starting HS

thereafter will be under the graduation requirements passed

by the SD Board of Education on August 20, 2018.

Language Arts Requirements:

• Four units of Language Arts- must include:

• Writing 1 unit

• Literature 1 units

(which must also include ½ unit of American Lit)

• Speech – ½ unit

• Language Arts electives 1.5 unit

Do I Want to Play College Athletics?
