made, in order to help inspire their own

• Purpose of Change Day more clear– Word “pledge” connotes a donation of some sort
• Increase awareness of executive support– Removing the need for permission to participate.– Ensuring people at the grassroots truly
understand.– Giving permission for Ambassadors within an
organization to come together.
