• Models cadastral mapping process – Digital plan submissions– Mapping Fee ($125 new apps. $50 amend.)
• August 1, 2005 implementation – Initiate digital submissions, fee collection,
and mapping program– 5 month grandfather period to process plans
already in the system

• Surveyors submit plan directly to ASRD– Secure web site submission– Drawing file, meta data file, PDF file
• Transaction number issued
• Application form link to plan with transaction number
