Remember our FOCUS is REDS....and come July 1st that is how you will be paid. What are you doing this month to promote the RED position? If I were in your Unit would I know what you were working for? Having a theme and a clear focus will make a difference. Is your theme/goal on your VM, return address labels, email signature, all over your Unit newsletter, house/office/car? Are you reminding your Unit of the goal on fb, voxer, and at your weekly success meeting..... but most importantly one on one??

February is a SHORT but POWERFUL month. Use the launch of the NEW products to your advantage to drive production. Also, the Beauty Loves Country contest is a fantastic way for you and your Unit to get bookings and get products on faces! What are you doing to personally maximize this contest and get your consultants on board?

The STAR Deadline will be here before you know it! Now is the time I start sending STAR tracking postcards to my Unit, as well as working one-on-one to help my on-target STARS finish early! Many girls are super close to finishing their ANCHOR Pin too....I love the tracking postcards I had created for the ANCHOR pin....if you haven't already order those from the SHARPE Vista Print account.....they are an incredible tool to promote and track our Area Pin.

Save the Date: This year Diamond Seminar is July 26th - 29th. Here is the breakdown for each day:Day 00 - July 25th: Directors Meeting & Top 5 Director Dinner with husbandsRecommend arriving in Dallas around Lunch Time

Day 0 - July 26th: SHARPE Area Awards NightPlease note, Directors will be charged by June 15th for decorations to fund our Area Awards Night. Just like Connie has done in all the years past. Once I know the amount, I will let you know too! Please note I pay for 90% of this night including the rental of the room if we do not have enough rooms blocked. This is why staying at the hotel that we get assigned is so crucial. =) Here were the hotels I chose based on amenities and cost. 1. Omni 2. Hyatt 3. New WWhat hotel we get is based on our standing. The better we all do the better chance we get the Omni!

Day 1 - July 27th: YOUR Unit Awards Night

Day 2 - July 28th: MK Corporate National Awards Night

Day 3 - July 29th: Closing/General SessionFly out after 3PM. Many people missed my closing speech last year because of earlier flights, as a Director this is not ok. Leaders get there early and stay until the very end. Thank you for being respectful of the women that earned that spot on stage and when you are on stage....trust me you will want people there until the end.

Seminar is going to be incredible this year There is new recognition, new motivation, new ideas and new surprises. Start thinking of your strategy to get your Unit members there. Start planning now and having them save and put money aside!
