Timeline: Submission deadline is March 2, 2020. The judging panel will choose category winners by April 1, 2020 The winner within each Category will be announced at the BTA National Conference,

June 11-12 in Chicago.

Winners: A representative from the winning company can receive the award in person at the BTA

event in Chicago, June 11-12. A press release will be issued listing the winners for each category. Winners will be publicized on the MPSA website. A webinar for the winners will be offered after the awards ceremony for those willing

to participate.

Note: The MPSA will hold in strictest confidence any areas of your submission that you designate to contain trade secrets or information proprietary to your organization.

Scoring Elements:

Section 1: Core Capability - Extent of Proposition – 20%

1. Describe the scope and depth of your MPS offering. 2. Explain your organization’s infrastructure used to support your MPS program.3. Explain the client engagement process as it applies to each of your offerings.

Section 2: Problem Solving – 40%

1. Explain the value achieved with your solution for you and your customers.2. Describe how you evaluate and implement ongoing program improvements.3. Summarize the metrics established to measure growth, efficiencies or cost savings to

improve you or your customer’s business.

Section 3: Differentiation – 40%

1. What makes your solution stand apart from others (e.g. processes, technologies, marketing or sales concepts)?

2. Do you have any IP around your solutions that have been patented, or are in the process of being patented? If so, list the areas.

3. Does your solution address special customer problems?
