- 1.Ingredients for Mud Cake 1 cup butter, melted 2 cups sugar 1 1/2 cup flour 1/3 cup cocoa 4 eggs, beaten 1 cup chopped pecans 1 cup coconut 1 jar marshmallow creme
2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine sugar, flour, and cocoa in large mixing bowl. 3. Add beaten eggs and melted butter. Stir. 4. Add chopped pecans and coconut. Mix. 5. Add mixture to 9 x 13 inch pan. If pan is metal, spray with cooking spray. Spread mixture evenly across pan. Place in preheated oven for 30 to 40 minutes. 6. Ingredients for Frosting 1 stick butter, melted (1/2 cup) 1/3 cup cocoa 1/2 cup evaporated milk 2 cup powdered sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla 1 cup chopped pecans 8. In saucepan over medium heat, add melted butter and cocoa. Mix. 9. Add evaporated milk and powdered sugar. 10. Add chopped pecans and vanilla. Remove from heat before frosting reaches boil. 11. When the main dish is finished baking, remove it from oven. Apply marshmallow creme across cake. 12. The Rada Super Spreader works great here. Find it in the Rada Kitchen Store. 13.
