Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine sugar, flour, and cocoa in large mixing bowl.

pan. Place in preheated oven for 30 to 40 minutes.

• 1/3 cup cocoa
• 1/2 cup evaporated milk
• 2 cup powdered sugar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla

In saucepan over medium heat, add melted butter and cocoa. Mix.
