    HINDSIGHT…YES, IT IS 20/20

  • Pitfalls •  Edit of Teacher Performance post-conference questions •  Need to conduct more training over the summer for Admin. for new process •  Need to train all admin. on SLOs to be resource and trainer/co-trainer for

staff •  Individualized building training for teachers regarding SLOs •  More defined process for SLO committee for approvals, returns, timeline of

SLO submissions for 9 week, semester, and year courses, forms for committees’ use

    •  Assessment literacy for teachers and admin. prior to SLO roll-out •  SLO assessment submission and approval •  Pre-established dates for Evaluation team to meet for 2013-2014 year to

evaluate •  Way for Evaluation team to solicit feedback from admin. & teachers, an online

forum for each group to post questions to the team and subsequently provide answers

  • Preservation: •  Evaluation Team & Two-way communication with Admin. •  SLO Committees & Members •  Evaluation forms force dialogue between admin. and teachers •  Access to all Evaluation forms Improvement: •  SLO process (e.g. assessments, SLO template, student data,
