A Note from the Pastor… There are so many excing things happening at PRBC. It is fun to watch God work. We have made great progress this year, and I truly believe that 2016 will be labeled as one of the greatest years in PRBC history. We must understand that with growth and excitement comes trouble. It is easy to die, it is hard to thrive, and we are determined to thrive. In light of a recent event, we will be implemenng a new staff policy that I wanted to share with the church. Staff members will no longer be reading anonymous leers or listening to anonymous complaints. Any leer not signed by a person will be immediately thrown in the garbage. The reason for this policy is simple. Anonymous complaint leers are always meant to hurt and destroy in the most cowardly way. When an individual intends to help, they usually care enough to make their concerns known personally. The staff will always listen when there are problems or concerns. My door is always open, and I am always willing to listen. Please trust us enough to come to us personally with your concerns. Effecve communicaon is key to working through current and future problems. We will not let Satan tear us apart by breaking down our channels of loving communicaon. Great things are happening at PRBC. I am encouraged that we are worthy of opposion. I cannot wait to see what God does this week in our worship me. Aſter two weeks off, I am looking forward to preaching this Sunday. A Note from the Pastor… There are so many exciting things happening at PRBC. It is fun to watch God work. We have made great progress this year, and I truly believe that 2016 will be labeled as one of the greatest years in PRBC history. We must understand that with growth and excitement comes trouble. It is easy to die, it is hard to thrive, and we are determined to thrive.

In light of a recent event, we will be implementing a new staff policy that I wanted to share with the church. Staff members will no longer be reading anonymous letters or listening to anonymous complaints. Any letter not signed by a person will be immediately thrown in the garbage.

The reason for this policy is simple. Anonymous complaint letters are always meant to hurt and destroy in the most cowardly way. When an individual intends to help, they usually care enough to make their concerns known personally.

The staff will always listen when there are problems or concerns. My door is always open, and I am always willing to listen. Please trust us enough to come to us personally with your concerns. Effective communication is key to working through current and future problems. We will not let Satan tear us apart by breaking down our channels of loving communication.

Great things are happening at PRBC. I am encouraged that we are worthy of opposition. I cannot wait to see what God does this week in our worship time. After two weeks off, I am looking forward to preaching this Sunday. Invite someone with you and come this Sunday expecting something amazing.
