InthehistoryoftheLawofOneseries,theLawofOnewaschanneledbythreepeople:DonElkins,CarlaRueckertandJimMcCarty.Twentyyearsofresearchandchannelingwentintothisbeforetheydidit.DonElkinswasoriginallypartoftheElkinsMantelflyingschool,adifferentElkinsthanhim,hewasjustastudentthere.MantelisthefamouscrashinwhichtheguytriedtofollowaUFOinhisairplane,andgotintothefield

comingoffofit,anditshotalltheseholesthroughtheship.Soitwaslikeagravityfieldaroundtheairplanecrash,andyouhadtokindoflean,whenyouwentnearit,andyoucouldn'tstandupstraight,kindofliketheSantaCruzmysteryspot,whichIvisited,ortheOregonVortex.Well,thebodywasinahorrificstate,andtherewereporesshotthroughtheplaneeverywhere.SothisispartofwhatgotourgovernmentguysthinkingthattheUFOscouldbehostileintheirintent.Butyou'vegottoremember,now,we'vegrownupinasociety,eversincethelate40's,early50's,inwhichwehavemutuallyassureddestruction,nuclearmissilesaimedateachother.Thereisnoway...Imean,whatdoeswinninganuclearwarmean?Howdoyouwinanuclearwar?The'WarGames'moviedidareallygreatjobatmakingusclearaboutthat.Now,atlotofthesewitnessesattheDisclosureProjectaresayingtheysawtheseUFOshoveringovernuclearmissilesilosandtheywouldpowerdownthewholesilo,andthemissileswerenotlaunchcapable.Infact,therewereothercaseswheretheyweredoingamissiletest,andit'sflyingthroughtheair,andthisorbwouldappearandstartshootingbeamsatitanditwouldclunkdown,anditwouldbecompletelyradioactivelyinert,andtherewasnoradioactivityleft.Itcouldnotevendetonateifyouwanteditto.Thisisjustthebeginningofwherewestarttounderstandthattherehasbeena

lotofnegativepropagandainfilms,tellingyouthatextra-terrestrialsareevil.ThereisabattlegoingonbetweengoodguysandbadguysbecausetherearealotofdifferentETsoutthere,therearealotofcivilizationsvisitingtheearth.Darwinianevolutionisnotaviablemodel.TheLawofOneseriesteachesusthatthegalacticcreatortheycall'theLogos'createdabodythatitthenwritesintotheenergyaroundus.Sowhatthatmeansisthehumanbodyshowsuponeveryplanetinthegalaxywherelifecanform;itisanaturalevolution.Somemightgettherebyinsects,somemightgettherebylizards,somemightgettherebymammals,likewedo;somemightgettherebycetaceansSomemightgetthereevenbyvegetation,apparently.

Thisverycrazyideathattreescoulddetachandwalkaround,Irealizewouldprobablyberidiculoustomostpeople.Butifyoustartgettingintotheideathatlifeisafield,itexplainsalotofverystrangethings.Forexample,researchhasbeenconsistencydoneonafruitflyknownasDrosophila,inwhichtheyalteredtheDNAsothattheeyesdon'tform;it'samutantwithouteyes.Nomatterwhattheyhavedoneever,tomesswiththeDrosophilusDNA,afterfivegenerationstheeyescomeback.Thereisanotherplantthathasbeenusedinlaboratorystudiesfor25years,theymesswiththeplantandnomatterwhattheydotomesswiththeDNAtomakeitalterandmutate,25%ofthetimethoseplantsfixtheirDNA.Thatmeansthiswholeideaofterminatorseedsandgeneticallymodifiedcropswillneverreally

happen,becausenaturecanre-writeitself,andfixtheerrorsintheDNA.ButitgoesalotmorethanthatwhenyouhaveDanBurisch,(whomyouguyshaveinterviewed)he'stalkingabouthisLotusprojectinwhichyouhaveacrystalofsiliconebasicallylikequartz,andyoujustputitindistilledwaterpurifiedandrunthewholethinginanautoclave,thereisnowaythattherewouldbecontaminationinit.Hititwithalittleboltofelectricity,andthingsstartgrowinginthewater!Well,thishasbeendonesincethelastcentury,inthe19thcentury.

SirWilliamCrookesisoneoftheguyswhodidthis.Hetookavolcanicrock,electrifiedit,putsomedropsofwateronit,andtheselittlemitesgrewoutofthismurk,andtheygrewlegsanddetachedandstartedwalkingaround.Thereareotherresearchers,mostlyfromtheReichcamp;WilhelmReichwiththeorgonestuff...Wrightwasdemonstratingthisoverandoveragaininthelaboratory.Nowhisresearchisn'tcriticized,hecallsthembions-corpusclesofenergythatformlivingthings.Butit'ssincebeendoneunderextremelypowerfullaboratoryconditions.Furthermore,Dr.FrancisCrick,whowasoneoftheco-discoverersoftheDNAmolecule,showedthatthedustinthegalaxy,whenyoutakealineofsightfromwherewearetothecenterofthegalaxy,99.9%ofthatdustinthegalaxyhasallthespectrographicsignatures,allthelightwavesthatyouexpecttoseefromlivingbacteria.Sopanspermia,theideathatlifewasseededontheearth,it'smorethanthat.Lifeisthefield,theenergythatisaroundus,thatunderliesmatter.Notelectromagneticenergy,there'sadeeperenergycalledtorsionfields.Thatistheenergyofconsciousness;itistheenergythatallowsmetobepsychicsoIcanthinkwhatsomebodyelseisthinkingafterhisthoughtscomeintomymind;itistheenergyofsource,itistheenergyoftime.Timeisactuallynotaninvariant.Timeislocallyvariable,andthat'soneofthereallyfascinatingthingsyoustartlearning.Now,asItoldyouguys,I'vemetwithavarietyofBlackOpsscientists,andoneofthethingsthattheykeepsayingagainandagainisthattimecanbe

Burischtestimony,includingmanyothertestimonies;someofthethingsthatDeaconsaid-everythingwasinthisbookfrom1981,sothattellsmethereissometruthinthere,plusthefactthatIhavepersonalexperiencewiththissourceanditmadetwohousecallstothatwomanwherethelightcameinherwindowandthentomybrotherinhisbedroom.SogettingbacktothisDanielsituation,Ihadtheopportunitytomeetthisguy.IhadflowntoNewYork.I'dgottenofftheplane.Iwasgoingtovisitmymother.Itwaswintertimeandwedidn'thavetransportationtogetmedown.Itwasliketherewasastorm.Therewasiceallovertheroads,soIhadtostayinahotelthatnight.IneededtoeatsomethingsoIgotinthetaxiandIwenttotheDenny's;anditjustsohappenedbeforeIleftthatthisbookhadgottenmyattentionagain,TheMontaukProject.NowIreadthisbookinthe90'sbeforeIeverfoundtheLawofone,andIthoughtitwascompletelyhorsepucky,Ijusthadnointerestinit.ButIjustsaidletmebringitalongasreadingmaterial,soIhaditwithme.I'minthisDenny'slateatnightandthisguywalkspastandhekindoflookslikeaHarleyguy,likeabiker,youknowinhisleatherjacketkindofthingandhesays,"whatyouthinkaboutthatMontaukProject?"Isaid:"Oh,it'sridiculous.Thisisajoke.I'mjustreadingthisforentertainment".Hesaid:"CouldItalktoyouaboutsomething?""Okay".Sohesitsdownandhesays,IworkedatMontauk.Iliterallylaughedinhisface.Isaid,"You'vegottobekiddingme."Tomakealongstoryshort,hegivesmethisenormousdownload.I'mscribbling

stuffonthebackofanapkinandthebackoftheplacethingthattheygiveyouatDenny'sandwemadeacontactandI'vehadnumerousopportunitiestoconnectwithhimsincethattime.Ican'tgetintoalotofdetail.Hedoesnotwanttocomeforward;heisterrifiedofpublicity.Hehasbeenwillingtodosomeaudioworksohecangethistestimonyrecordedonaudio,butI'mgoingtohavetogarblehisvoice.So,here'sthedeal.Now,firstofall,let'snotforget.IfevenoneUFOsightingisreal,meaningnotswampgas,thenwe'renotaloneandthereareUFOs.Assoonasyouacceptthat,youhavetoalsoacceptthefactthattheycanmaterializeandde-materialize.Sotheyarewinkinginandoutofourrealitysomehow.Well,howwouldtheydothat?

Apparently,theanswerisintheseat.YouhaveaseatintheUFOanditplugsintoyourmindandyouthink,"Iwanttogotoaparticularplace."Youvisualizewherethatplaceis.Thisvortexopensupinfrontofyourship.Yourshipfliesthroughthevortex.Thevortexclosesbehindyouandyouendupgoingwhereyouneedtogo.Sowhathappensifadisccrashes,andourgovernmentguyspopsaseatoutoftheUFOandstarttinkeringwithit?Andthenwhathappensiftheygethealthproblems?AparticulargroupofextraterrestrialsfromSirius,apparently,andtheETsaretellingthem,"designthiscoilandbuilditthiswayandbuiltabigoctahedron,liketwoEgyptianpyramidstoptobottom,andthat'syourmainantenna."

So,tomakealongstoryshort,ittookanumberofyears,buttherewasaseriesofprogressivestepsthatledtotheabilitytobringthischaironline,sothatitwasfullyfunctionalinitsintendedpurpose.Thechairhad,thisisallstuff...nowDanielgothiredinatthisjob.HewasanAirForcecaptain,andhewasgivenasentrypositionatthisplace,kindoflikeaguard;buthealsohadavarietyoftasksthatweretobeperformed.Hedidnotknowwhatwasgoingon.Sowhathappenedintheearlydayswas,hewasinthecafeteria,eatinghislunchorwhatever,andyou'dseeoverinthecorneroftheroomthatitwould

starttoburblelikeamirage,andyouwouldseesomethingthatshouldn'tbethere.Likeyoumightseethroughthewallintotheotherroom,oryoumightseeafieldwithgreengrassorsomething,andsometimesitwouldbeupneartheceilingandsometimesitwouldbeinthefloor.Soitturnsoutthateverybodytalkedtothejanitor.Thejanitorhadsomehowgainedeverybody'sconfidence,sotheystartedhavingthesemeetingswiththejanitor.Thejanitorstartedtellingthemwhatwasgoingon.Nowgraduallyovertime,heapparentlywasindoctrinatedandgotfullyknowledgeableaboutwhatwasgoingon.ThiswasanabandonedmilitarybaseatthefaroutpointofLongIslandcalledMontauk.HedidsaythatthefirstbookintheMontaukProjectserieswasauthentic,andthatprettymucheverythinginthebookistrue.Hethenwentontosaythateverybooksincethenhasbeenincreasinglydistortedandnottruthful.HeknewAlBielek.HeknewPrestonNichols.HeknewDuncanCameron.HeknewStuartSwerdlow,alltheseguyswerethere.Duncanranthechairthebest,Duncanwastheguythatcouldrunthechair.Hehadsomeexperienceworkingwiththechair.Hesaidthattheyoriginallytriedtobuildonereverseengineeredandthatdidn'twork.Theyeventuallyhadtogobacktotheoriginaldesign,usetheactualrealchair,notonethathadbeenrebuilt.TherewassomethingabouttheseHelmholtzcoilsthathadtobealtered.So,basicallywhathappensis,youareinthechair.Thereare22,Ithinkhesaid22,wavelengthsthatthechaircreatesthatarelikeyourmindwaves,yourbrainwaves,andfromthese22wavelengths,allotherwavescomefromyour

mind.Sowhenyousitinthechair,theywouldhaveyougointowhattheycallthequietpoint,andthisisapointwhereyourmindisperfectlystill.Nownormallyifyougointhechairifyourmindisn'tquiet,thewavesaregoingtobefluctuatingallthetime.Ifyougoquiet,thenthewaveswillsortofstopandgotoafixedpoint,likethis.(gesticulates)Well,outofthe22,ifyouhaveawavethatlookslikethis,theideaistogetittogoflat.Theywouldzerooutthechair,22knobs,22wavesandflattenoutallthegraphs.DuncanCameron,apparently,wastheonlypersonwhocouldgeteverythingperfectlyzeroedout,perfectlystable.Therewasanextremely,extremely,enormouspowersupplythatwasrequiredtorunthischair.Itwasanon-standardfrequency.Itwasnotalternatingcurrent,

120hertz;itwassomeweirddecimalpointnumberofhertzthattheyhadtorunthroughthechair.Butwhatwouldhappenisthatconsciousnesswouldcreatematter.Theyfoundthatyoucouldthinkaboutanobject,likelet'ssayyouthoughtaboutaparticularwoodenchairandyouvisualizethechair,thechairwouldstartformingintheroom.Firstmaybeveryshimmeryandsortoflikeyoucouldn'tevenseeitanditwouldhardenup.Dependingonhowmuchthoughtenergyyouwouldputintoit,itwouldstaysolidforaperiodoftimeandthenitwoulddissipateandsortofdisappearbackintothebackground.Thentheystartedtofindoutthatifyouthoughtaboutaparticularplacethattherewouldbeanopeningthatwouldappearandyouwouldgotothatplace.Youcouldsendsomebodythroughitandthentheycouldwalkaroundinthereforawhileandotherpeoplecouldseethem.Itwasliketheywerethereandthenyou

wouldhavetohavethepersoninthechairphysicallypullthemoutwithconsciousintenttogetthembackout.Nowtheydiddoalotofexperimentation.Theysentinnocentpeoplethrough,andtheywerekilled.Someofthesewerestreettramps;someofthesewerehomelesskids.Apparently,Swerdlowwasresponsibleforrecruitingalotofthekids.Ibelieveit'spossiblepeoplecanchange;Danieldoesn't.HetalkedaboutAlBielekHesaidBielekwasabigstoryteller,alwayshadsomefunnythinggoing

on.Danielclaimshe,himself,neverwentthroughthevortex.Atsomepointtheyrealizedthattheyhadgonetoaplacethatwasnotthepresent,thattheyhadtraveledthroughtime.Theygotveryexcitedaboutthis.Nowthisiswhereitgetsreallystrange.Itjustgetsstrangerandstranger.Supposedly,wehaveabodythattheycallthetransientbody,andthenwehaveaphysicalbody.Thetransientbodyiswhatnew-agerswouldcalltheastralbody.Atthepointthatyou'refirstconceived,it'scalledyourzerotimereference(ZTR),thatmomentiswhereyouhavecontactwiththisplacecalledzerotime.Nowthephysicsmodelgoeslikethis.Ifyoucanimaginespace/timelikeasheet,everythingabovethesheetistheworldthatweinhabit,therealitythatweinhabit.Everythingbelowthesheetisthisthreedimensionalrealitythat'skindoflikewhereanti-matteris.It'sliketheastralplane,amirrorimageofwherewearenow.Asyouacceleratethoughspaceyoustartcurvingspace,andeventuallyitcurvesaroundinonitselflikeadonutandthat'satorus,it'scalledatorus.Ifyoukeepongoing,thetorusunrolls.NowbecauseofwhatI'vetoldyouwiththissheetthing,yougottimeinhere,spaceinhere.(Timebelowthesheet,spaceabove)Timeisthree-dimensionaldownthere,Spaceisthreedimensionaluphere.Asthesheetcurlsinyougettimeontheinsideofthedonut,butthenasyoukeepgoing,thedonutunrolls

intheotherdirectionandthetimethatwasdownhereunrollsandbecomesyourspace.Soyou'renowinathree-dimensionalworld,youcanwalkaroundin,youcaninhabit,butit'soutofphasewithourrealityandpeopleinthisrealitywouldn'tseeyou,you'ddisappear.SothisisapparentlywhatwasdoneinadvertentlywiththePhiladelphiaExperiment.ThePhiladelphiaExperimentstartedwithteststhatweredoneonvery,veryhighintensitywelding,arcweldingofnavelvessels,andtheyhadtheseenormouspiecesofsteelthattheyareweldingtogether.Theyblastitwithelectricalenergyataveryhighfrequencyandtheystartedtonoticethetoolswoulddisappearafterthis.Theycouldn'tfindthem.Theyfinallyfilmeditandtheyfoundthatwhentheyblastedthisarcweldingthing,thattherewouldbethisbigblackholethatwouldappearintheroom,

andtheydiscoveredthat,infact,itwasde-materializingobjectsandthattheywouldn'tcomeback.Sothisiswhatledthemtodoincreasingamountsofresearch,discoveringthatelectricalenergyisonewaythatyoucanpopthisholebetweenspace/timeandtime/space,andgetthroughtothisrealmdownhere.Well,theytriedtosendashipofsailorsthrough.andunfortunatelytherewasaninconsistencyinthehull.Theship'shullwaskindofusedasanantennatoallowthisenergytoformaroundtheshipproperly.Theyputcoilsontheshipandtherewerecoilsoffshore.Theship,apparently,gotcaughtupinthisenergyflow.ItmanifestedupinPhiladelphia,hencethePhiladelphiaExperiment,(itwasoriginallytheNorfolkNavalShipyard)andthenitpoppedbacktotheshipyard.

Someofthesailorswereactuallyimbeddedinthehull.Someofthemburstintoflames,someofthemwouldappearanddisappearbecausetheywerehere,butifyougetenergeticallytunedtothis,thenyoucanflip-flopbetweenthetwohalvesofthetorus,sotospeak,andthematterintheirbodieswoulddothat.So,inthe1920's,TeslabuiltsomethingthatwouldstabilizeyourZTR.It'scalledaZeroTimeReference,andletmeexplainwhatthatmeans.Hereisspace/time,hereistime/space,andinthemiddleiszerotime.You'renotinspace,you'renotintime.Whenyougothereapparentlyitlookskindofgray.Inzerotimeweallhaveapointatwhichwewereconceived,wherethetransient

bodyorthespiritualbody,andthephysicalbodyjoin.Aswegetolderthereislikeawideningconebetweenthephysicalandthemetaphysicalself.Thatformsyourbiologicalage.IfyoumesswiththeZTR,it'slikeyoupushthetopover,butthebottomisstillwhereitis,thisgapcreatesgreatstaticwhichinsomecasescausesyoutoburstintoflamesandothercasescausesyoutogocomatose.Sometimesyoursenseoftimegetsreallyscrewedup.Forexample,withsomeoftheseguysyou'dhavetorubtheirskinfordaysatatime,theexposedflesh,theywouldjustbe...paused,becauseintheirtimeonlyafewsecondshavegonebyinwhatamountstoyearsoftimeforus,ormaybeweeksoftime.Sobyrubbingthem,youcouldeventuallygetthemtoslowdownandrejointheirtimereferencewithwhereweare.NowoneofthethingsDanieltoldmewasthatsomepeoplewereabletopsychicallyreconstructtheshipfrommemory.Theyrememberedthattheywereonaship.Theyrememberedwheretheshipwas,wherethefloorwas,wherethewallswere.Theyweretheoneswhocameoutokay.Sothatwaspartoftheresearch.Nowsincethattime,thePhiladelphiaExperimentwasnotdropped,ithassincebeenparlayedintotechnologies,includingjump-gatetechnology,asIhaveheardithasbeencalled,inwhichtheynowcanwarpyoufromoneplacetoanother.Thereisapparently,asyouguysdisclosedwithDeacon,astablejumpgate
