Tri Sigma Book Club met 6/26 for a Farewell Brunch honoring Ethel Blankenship. We enjoyed visiting and sharing some delicious food. A Charlie Hustle T-shirt that says ❤ KC was given to Ethel to remember us! We will miss her. Carole Ruf Gurley was our gracious hostess. We were happy to have Patty Woirhaye Kluter with us for the first time.

B. Did you miss Founders’ Day? You can still make your yearly donation to the Foundation by mail or online.
C. It’s time to pay 2019-20 dues? Dues are $20 returning members, $10 for first time members. Get the address to send checks at [email protected] OR pay on our website with an additional $1 convenience fee (http://acms2.theginsystem.com/trisigmakansascity/how-to-join).
D. National dues should have been paid in February, but can be paid any time. Go to the national website if you still need to pay. https://www.trisigma.org/
E. We are still selling Foundation Violet Cards for the Foundation. They are $5 a card. The money collected goes straight to the Foundation. If you need any let me know.

Hello Tri Sigma Sisters and friends. For Tri Sigma's 45th National Convention this June, the Tri Sigma Foundation invites all Sisters to join in supporting our partnership with March of Dimes by donating an item for our Military Baby Shower initiative. These items will go to support the March of Dimes Mission: Healthy Babies, which hosts baby showers for our American military forces. Ten to twenty military baby showers are hosted annually across the US for expecting military families. Each military family who attends receives a gift box filled with baby essentials. These showers help fill the gap for military families who are often stationed thousands of miles away from their home state and cannot easily be showered by their own families. It is our hope that Tri Sigmas nationwide (not just those
attending Convention) will give gifts to our nation's SMALLEST HEROES. Sisters can help with MISSION: HEALTHY BABIES by selecting a gift from our Amazon MILITARY BABY SHOWER REGISTRY. These items will be shipped to Tri Sigma National Headquarters ahead of Convention and then delivered to March Of Dimes. No worries about making room in your suitcase! Will you help us fulfill all 900 baby items? We need your help not only to donate an item for these baby showers but to also spread the word of our March Of Dimes Military Baby Shower efforts.
