• Offers real time acceptance of a 21-22 request

• The VSO is able to view the same information the Veteran does in eBenefits

•VSO’s can create a compensation 526 claim and preserve the initial date of claim for the Veteran

• The VSO and Veteran can work remotely and still provide assistance

• Less calls to the National Call Centers

• Claims are completed faster, more accurately and go directly into VBMS for processing
