The steps from the parking areas leads to a small terrace beside the front door. To the side is a path that leads to the main garden at the front. One of the key features is the decked sun terrace. The garden is bordered by hedges, which helps to create a sense of privacy, and is a lovely suntrap. Set mainly to grass, there are several borders that have been planted in a Mediterranean style.
