Introduction to the Elite Group of Companies, represented by VWS Lifts Elite Elevators Limited was formed in 1988 and in 1999 we divided into three operating divisions under Elite Elevators Group Limited - namely: Elite Elevators Installation Limited, Elite Elevators Manufacturing Limited and Elite Elevators (Service) Limited. The Group is a privately owned British Company, involved in all areas of the lift industry, with "in-house" design and manufacturing capabilities and has grown steadily over the years. Our Head Office is based in Central London, as is our Factory, which provides our Installation and Service Companies with most of their needs. VWS Lifts in Tetbury provides sales advice/support. We are members of The Lift and Escalator Industry Association ('LEIA') and have been assessed by Eagle Star in respect of their Quality Management Systems and have been found to comply with BS EN ISO 9001:1994 and Lift Regulations 1997 Schedule 12.

Elite Elevators Installation/ Modernisation/Manufacturing Elite Elevators Manufacturing operates from its own production factory, based just 10 minutes from the City. We use the latest hi-tech laser equipment, which enables us to provide precision made components for all our customers' requirements. We manufacture "in-house" standard lift cars, as well as stainless steel and panoramic wall climbers. We also manufacture fire certified stainless steel lift doors and architraves, glazed lift doors and architraves for all styles, designs and sizes of entrances. all of which have 2 hr rated fire certificates. We manufacture and supply parts and equipment to other lift companies and lift component suppliers.

Design & Technology We carry out the design of all our lifts on a Computer Aided Design system (CAD). We ensure that these designs comply with the current European Standards and relevant Health and Safety Executive policies/law. The equipment used is independently sourced so that parts are available directly to the end user. Our Design Department is also ISO 9001 and Regulation 12 accredited. Elite Elevators Installation has its own "in-house" design team all CAD based with "Lift Designer" and in-house JET-CAM fabrication technology. This means we can provide design and build facilities for new lift installations, also major and minor modernisation works. We are constantly involved with design and build contracts, which helps to ensure an up -to-date knowledge of customers' specific requirements, and our design team attends ongoing external training in order to keep abreast of the latest developments.

Elite Elevators offer a range of Space Saviour Lifts to meet all you possible requirements. We have a standard range of lift as well as a bespoke design programme. Standard Fixed Specification Space Saviour Lifts. Elite Elevators introduces the SILENS-PRO, a machine room-less solution incorporating the highest technological performance in the lift industry. SILENS-PRO is a machine room-less lift with a permanent magnet Gearless machine and is perfectly silent. Its synchronous motor works without any type of vibration or noise, ensuring an ultimately silent, comfortable and smooth performance. SILENS-Pro is offered with a car decoration Model 211; nevertheless, series 500 and 700 are also available if required. We can also provide alternative finishes outside of or standard range but still based on the car finish design. For example if you require a laminate finish not in our standard range, as long as it can be provided by our laminate supplier we can provide it. Any deviations would be subject to availability and price alteration. All applications are feasible: single entry, open through and adjacent entrances. Bespoke Space Saviour Lifts. Elite Elevators can also provide a totally bespoke lift installation to meet your requirements. Whether it be shaft size restriction, special finishes, unique load capacity or any other special requirement our bespoke Space Saviour can be designed to suit. We also carry out all the necessary design certification and ensure the lift meets all the necessary lift regulations. Our bespoke lifts can use any drive from geared variable frequency to gearless. The gear and control can be mounted in the pit or at the top of the shaft. It could even be located at a mid-point in the shaft (special access and working procedures would need to be in place) although not recommended unless no other option is available. When it comes down to it, if it is physically possible our bespoke Space Saviour can achieve it.

On specific projects it may be necessary to use a particular drive to meet requirements. If this is the case we would advise you at design stage. Automatic Push Button / Goods Service / Up Collective / Down Collective / Fully Collective control state available. Location of the controller is generally at the Ground floor architrave as standard but this can be altered to any floor architrave. Ultrasonic Positioning System is normally used but again as a bespoke design would be in place any position system including Steel tape head system could be used. Overload signal. EMC compliant. Pre-loomed (plug-in system) electrical wiring where possible. Power & light main switch included. ENTRANCES All configuration of doors are available, e.g. centre, side openings, shutters and manual swing doors, equipped with door operators where applicable. Sprayed finish/Stainless steel door panels and or .architraves. Door nudging feature Landing doors with side portal at GF (or floor where control is located), to house the controller. Full height multi-beam electronic safety edge to automatic doors. CAR CONSTRUCTION Self-supporting steel with anti-drumming pads on the outside (subject to final finishes). Epoxy Resin / Stainless steel for front returns. Any material could be used subject to availability. Standard lighting to be provided via LV down lighters. Round stainless steel handrail on one-three side walls. Stainless Steel skirting. Rubber non-slip flooring. Full height C.O.P. On one side wall. CAR AND LANDING CONTROLS Micro-movement call buttons with LED for call acceptance signal. Car and landing push button type Dewhurst as standard, or other you may specify. Dot-matrix digital position indicator incorporated in C.O.P. Emergency light incorporated in normal car lighting. Dot-matrix digital position indicator incorporated in the landing push unit at ground floor. Available at all floors upon request.
