1. CLOUD’Mail

1.1. Generality

Cloud’MAIL is a Microsoft Exchange 2013 platform base email service.

Thanks to the version Enterprise and Enterprise +, this solution will give you advanced collaborative functions like email management, calendar sharing, task lists and contact management. All of theses functionality could be shared between users if there are members of a similar organization.

You can use our Cloud’Mail Service from any device in any location as soon as you are connected to internet.

You can connect to the Cloud’Mail service from:

- Your preferred email software install on your PC or MAC or Linux workstation - Your smartphone (iPhone, Android, BlackBerry) - Your web reader, thank to the OWA service

1.2. Your Domain Name:

If your Domain Name for mail is managed by Monaco Telecom, the setup will be automatically done by Monaco Telecom during the provisioning of the Cloud’Mail Service. No action from your site is required in that case. If your Domain Name is not managed by Monaco Telecom, you will have to ask to your actual registrar to modify the following DNS records. Be careful to only ask for theses modifications after Monaco Telecom has confirm the availability of your mailbox. Please refer to your registrar regarding the delay for the modification to apply.

1.3. How to setup your workstation favorite email reader software:

This setup could depend on the Service you’ve ask for.

• For a Cloud’Mail Basic Service (available for any mail reader software): o POP mail server (to retrieve your email) : pop.cloud.monaco.mc o SMTP mail server (to send email): smtp.cloud.monaco.mc o User name: your Cloud’Mail email address o Password: your Cloud’Mail personal password sent by your Mail manager. (if needed, this

password could be change by your mail manager directly in the Cloud’Admin portal) o Advances settings:

§ POP mail server communication port number: 110 § No encryption § SMTP mail server communication port number : 587 § Encryption mode : Auto § SMTP mail server require authentication

• For a Cloud’Mail Entreprise or Entreprise + (Needs Microsoft Outlook software) : o Automatic setting using the auto discover service o Compatibility is :

1.4. Usin your smartphone:

The setting could depend on the Cloud’Mail Service you have choise :

• For a Cloud’Mail Basic Service: o Android :

§ Select « Email » type account § Email supplier : other § POP mail server (to retrieve your email) : pop.cloud.monaco.mc § POP mail server communication port number: 110 § SMTP mail server (to send email): smtp.cloud.monaco.mc § SMTP mail server communication port number : 587 § Encryption mode : Auto § SMTP mail server require authentication

password could be change by your mail manager directly in the Cloud’Admin portal)

1.5. Using the universal webmail service (OWA):

OWA (Outlook Web App) is a web mail manager service avaibale for the Cloud’Mail service.

You can use Outlook Web App to access to your Cloud’Mail account from a large selection of web navigator listed bellow: (please note that this compatibility list is fully dependent of Microsoft corporation and could change without notice from Monaco Telecom)

2. CloudAdmin

You can manage your Cloud’Mail service and account using a web interface called Cloud’Admin

Please note that this interface is an unique entry point to manage all of the Monaco Telecom Cloud services you have subscribe. By using the portal you will have access to:

- Your billing annexes - Documentations and manuals including this guide - Software download when available - Administration section for the Cloud Services - User management section

2.1. How to connect to the Cloud’Admin portal:

Use the following URL: https://cloudadmin.cloud.monaco.mc

Please use the authentication items (user name and password) sent by our technical team during the provisioning phase of the service.

If needed you can ask our STCE support team either by phone or email to retrieve user name and password.

2.2. How to add a domain name to your Cloud’Mail Service:

o Go to the “Customer” page o Click on “your customer space” link o Click on “Modify Customer” o Click on “Domain management” o Click on “Add” to add a new domain name o Click on “Provisionner”

2.3. How to add a new user:

o Select the User page o Click on “new user” o Choose and enter a UPN that will be his User Name used to connect to the Cloud

Services o Fill the form o Set a password (please note it) o Click on “Provisionner”



2.4. How to add a contact:

A contact is an external mail recipient that could be use to send mail by all of the users of your organization.

The contact will be available in the Global Address list of your organization.

By default, all the users will be available in the Global Address list.

To add a new external contact select Services, Exchange and Contact link



Click on New Contact :

Fill the form and click on Save

2.5. How to create a mailing list:

To add a new mailing list select Services, Exchange and Mailing List link

Select a name for the mailing list and click on New Mailing List



In the Members part fill the research part with the name of the user you wanted to add to the mailing list, click on Research, select the user and click on add.

Do the same for each user you wanted to add.
