ProfilDr. Rainer Bischoff, KUKA’nın araştırma ve teknoloji geliştirme projelerinden ve teknolojilerin ürün geliştirme aşamasına kadar olgunlaştırılmasından sorumludur. 1995 yılılnda Hannover Üniversitesi’nden Elektrik Mühendisi diploması ile mezun olmuştur. Mühendislik doktorasını da 2010 yılında Karlsruhe Institute of Technology’de tamamlamıştır.

ÖZETKüresel rekabet, endüstriyel şirketlerde verimlilik, hız ve esneklik gibi faktörlerin sürekli olarak geliştirilmesini gerektiriyor.Bunun yanında, kişiselleştirilmiş ürünlere yönelik talep de giderek artıyor. Bu nedenle olabildiğince esnek ve akıllı üretim süreçlerine ihtiyaç duyuluyor. Endüstri 4.0, bu zorluklara optimum yanıt veren bir girişim. Endüstri 4.0’ın geliştirilme sürecinin yaklaşık 20 senede tamamlanması bekleniyor.

ÖZETDr. Rainer Bischoff 1993 yılından bu yana endüstriyel ve servis robotiği alanında, ölçme, bilim ve kontrol mühendiliği alanlarında aktif çalışmaları bulunmaktadır. Özellikli ilgi alanları sistem mimari-si ve entegrasyonu, sensor temelli robot kontrolü, çoklu-modal insan-robot etkileşimidir. Sunumu KUKA perspektifinden robotiğin gelecek senaryosu ve ürün-pazar gelişimi hakkında olacaktır.

Abstract; Global competition requires continuous improvement in efficiency of Industrial companies, speed and flexibility. In addition, demand for personalized products increases. Therefore flexible and intelligent manufacturing processes are needed. Industry 4.0, an initiative that provides optimum response to these challenges. Industry 4.0 development process is expected to be completed in approximately 20 years.

Abstract; Dr. Rainer Bischoff has been active in industrial and service ro-botics, measurement science and control engineering since 1993 with a particular focus on system architecture and integration, sensor-based robot control, and multi-modal human-robot interaction. His presentation will be about; From KUKA future scenarios and market view to products for tomorrow.

Profil1988’da İstanbul’da doğdu. İstanbul Teknik Üniversitesi Fizik Mühendisliği bölümünden mezun oldu. Halen Boğaziçi Üniver-sitesi Mekatronik Yüksek Lisans programına devam etmektedir. 2010 yılından bu yana E3TAM firmasında endüstriyel akıllı test ve kontrol sistemleri tasarımı ve geliştirilmesi konusunda çalışmaktadır. Yurt dışında birçok yazılım ve donanım eğitimine katılmıştır.

ÖZETÜründe kalite ve üretimde verimlilik ve bunların standardizasyonu bugünün gelişen endüstrisinde vazgeçilemeyen ana bileşenlerdir. Bu amaçlara yönelik geliştirilen insan bağımsız tam otomatik akıllı kontrol teknolojileri yada diğer tanımıyla Endüstri 4.0 temelli Siber Fizik Sistemler işletmelerde yakın gelecekte standart hale gelecektir. E3TAM bu temelde özellikle yapay görme ve akıllı veri toplama teknoloji entegrasyonlarında bilgi ve beceri birikimini 20 yıllık te-crübesini ışığında aktaracaktır.

Abstract; Quality in product and efficiency in production and their stan-dardization are the main component, which cannot be aban-doned, of today’s developing industry. Unmanned fully automatic intelligent control technologies or with another description; Industry 4.0 based Cyber Physical Systems will become a standard in business in the near future. E3TAM will share its knowledge and skills relate to especially machine vision and intelligent data acquisition technology integrations in the light of 20 years experience.

ProfileHe was born in Istanbul in 1988. He graduated from ISTANBUL TECHNICAL UNIVERSITY, Department of Physics Engineering. He continues doing his mechatronics engineering master degree program in Bogazici University. He has been working in E3TAM Company about design and development of industrial intelligent test and control systems since 2010.

ÖZETBugüne kadar imalat sektörü birkaç endüstriyel devrimden geçmiş bulunmakta, Bugün ise Endüstri 4.0 adı verilen sonuncu devrimin eşiğindeyiz. Bu devrimin üretimdeki değer zincirinin tüm halkalarından gelen bilgi akışını, Ürün tasarımdan üretime, servis & retrofite kadar bütünleştirmesi bekleniyor. Bunun sonucunda üretim sistemlerinin tam entegrasyonu ve reel zamanda bilgi akışı sağlanacak; Müşterinin isteklerinin üretim prosesiyle senkron olarak işlemesi mümkün olacaktır.

Abstract; So far the manufacturing sector has evolved through several industrial revolutions and today we are now on the brink of an-other revolution known as Industry 4.0. It is anticipated that this revolution will bring unification of information across the entire manufacturing value chain – from product design to manufactur-ing,from services to refurbishment. This will result in the creation of manufacturing systems that are completely integrated and will exchange information in real time, enabling manufacturing processes to directly synch with changing customer needs.

Abstract; The testo Saveris 2 WiFi data logger system is the modern solution for monitoring temperature and humidity values in process monitoring. The system consists of WiFi data loggers and a Cloud data storage system. The testo Saveris 2 WiFi data loggers record temperature and humidity reliably at adjustable intervals and transmit the readings directly to the Testo Cloud via WLAN. The readings stored in the Cloud can be analyzed at any time, any-where, using an internet-enabled smartphone, tablet or PC. Limit value violations are immediately reported via e-mail, or optionally via SMS. Similarly, WiFi data loggers can be pro-grammed via the Testo Cloud and analyses set up.

Bununla birlikte tasarım hata-larının kullanıcıyı üretim gereksinimlerinden dolayı manipülasyona teşvik etmesidir. Yapılacak bu sunumda yeni yaklaşımların önemi vurgulanacaktır. Çözümlerin uygulanabilir olması için gerekli ipuçlarının verilmesi hedeflenmiştir. Riskler çeşitli makineler üzerinden örnekle anlatılacaktır.

Abstract; The main reason of serious occupational accidents that occurred in the metal industry is misuse or lack of protective or safety functions of the machine and is encouraging of user design faults to the users to manipulation due to production needs. The importance of new approaches will be emphasized in this presentation. Giving necessary clues needed for application of solutions is aimed. The risks will be explained through examples on a variety of machines.

Abstract; The structure of the machine control system and the effect of control systems over the machinery safety are considered. The difference between Standard and Safety Controllers, the reasons of using safety equipment in machinery safety are explained in detail.The necessary information related with the design & validation of Safety Functions according to EN ISO 13849-1 will be provided in order to prevent the hazardous situations leaded by the hardware or software failures of the control systems.

Abstract; To increase the speed and precision of machines are achieved by adapting the motion control technology. Terms such as motion control, position control, speed control, torque control, electronic cam and speed and phase synchronization; flying shears have become now familiar to those working in the field of industrial au-tomation. Solutions made previously to the mechanical systems are now possible to do with more flexible motion control systems. In this way, both production rate increases and also shutdown periods arising from mechanical failures in machines decrease.

Profil1990 yılında Yıldız Üniversitesi Elektronik ve Haberleşme mühendisliğini, bitirdikten sonra, İstanbul Teknik Üniversitesi Elek-tronik Haberleşme bölümünde Yüksek Lisans ve Doktora yaptı. Türk Telekom A.Ş. de 4 yıl çalışıp, daha sonra 1994 yılında Halıcı Elektronik Ltd. Şti. firmasını 3 arkadaşıyla beraber kurdu. Halen şirketin genel müdürü olarak görev yapmaktadır.

ÖZETGünümüzde artık rekabet ve sürdürülebilir bir başarı sağlamak için teknolojiye otomasyona dayalı üretim kaçınılmaz bir hal almak-tadır. İnsandan bağımsız üretim ve sanayi hedefinde olan firma-lar ve bu firmalara proje geliştirerek çözüm sunan şirketler için mühendislik, teknisyenlerin istihdamı giderek daha önemli bir hale gelmektedir. Çünkü kalifiye ve gelişen teknolojiye ayak uydura-bilen mühendis ve teknisyen bulmak tüm dünyada firmaların en önemli sorunlarından biri haline gelmiştir.

Abstract; Nowadays, the production based on technology and automation has become unavoidable to ensure competition and sustainable success. The employment of engineer and technician is becoming increasingly important for companies which have target of unmanned production and industry and the companies offering solutions to these companies by developing project. To employ qualified engineer and technician who comply with developing technology has become the most significant problem of the com-panies in all over the world.

ProfileAfter graduating from the Department of Electronics and Communications Engineering in Yıldız Technical University in 1990; he did his master degree and doctorate in Electronics Communications Department at Istanbul Technical University. He worked in Turk Telekom A.S for 4 years, then, he established Halıcı Elektronik Ltd. Sti. Company together with his 3 friends. He still works as general manager of the company.
