Overview The Tellus eVV+ mobile app will be renamed to Mobile Caregiver+ and will have a new logo

starting July 8th. Below is a screen shot of the new Mobile Caregiver+ logo that will be

displayed in the mobile app as well as in the Apple App Store.

Mobile app users will not need to download a new application, as

the changes will take effect through an update to the current app.

There is also no need for users to uninstall the current Tellus eVV+

app. Users will also continue to use their current User ID and

Password with this new version.

After the new Mobile Caregiver+ update is released to the Apple App Store, all users will be

forced to update to the new version the next time they log into the Tellus eVV+ app. If a user

is already logged into the Tellus eVV+ app, the app will force the user to upgrade to the new

version if they become idle and the app is locked. This will occur regardless of whether the

user has a visit in progress or not. This document includes detailed instructions for upgrading

to the new version for users with an Apple IOS mobile device. It also includes instructions for

downloading the new version for the first time. As users may have different mobile device

models than was used for these instructions, please note that the screenshots may be slightly

differ from what you may see.

PLEASE NOTE: There is legacy Tellus eVV app with the following logo in the App Store.

There is also a legacy Netsmart Mobile Caregiver app with the following logo. This looks very

similar to the new Mobile Caregiver+ app but it does NOT have the ‘+’ icon as shown above.

These apps should NOT be downloaded for this upgrade. We understand this may add some

confusion, so it’s very important users follow the instructions outlined in this document to

reduce issues with upgrading to the new version.

Upgrading Upon Login to Tellus eVV+ Users who are not logged into the Tellus eVV+ app when Netsmart releases the new version to

the Apple App Store will be forced to update to the new version the next time they log into

the Tellus eVV+ app.

1. Click on the Tellus eVV+ icon on your mobile device. 2. The Tellus eVV+ login screen will be displayed. Log into the Tellus eVV+ application as normal with your current username and password.

3. The Calendar view will be displayed; however, you will be presented with a pop-up message informing you to update the application now. Tap on the ‘Go to App Store’ link to open the Apple

App Store.

4. The Apple App Store app will be opened and the Mobile Caregiver+ app for Version 2.0.34 will be displayed. It is VERY important that you see the Mobile Caregiver+ app with the ‘+’ icon as shown below. If you do NOT see this exact application, please follow the instructions in the ‘Downloading Mobile Caregiver+ from App Store Directly’ section below to ensure you download the correct version.

5. Tap on the Update button. The Mobile Caregiver+ app will begin to upgrade. Please note that the time to upgrade will depend upon your mobile phone’s signal strength. A weak connection will take longer to upgrade.

6. When the upgrade is complete, the screen will show an Open button. Select the Open button.

7. The login screen is displayed with the new Mobile Caregiver+ logo. You will enter your current User ID and Password to log in to complete this process.

Upgrading When Logged into Tellus eVV+ Users who are already logged into the Tellus eVV+ app when Netsmart releases the new

version to the Apple App Store will be forced to update to the new version if they become

idle and are prompted to unlock the app.

1. When you open the Tellus eVV+ app on your mobile device after the new version has been released, a pop-up message informing you to update the application will be displayed. User will not be able to login until the new version is installed. Tap on the ‘Go to App Store’ link to open the Apple App Store.

2. The Apple App Store app will be opened and the Mobile Caregiver+ app for Version 2.0.34 will be displayed. It is VERY important that you see the Mobile Caregiver+ app with the ‘+’ icon as shown below. If you do NOT see this exact application, please follow the instructions in the ‘Downloading Mobile Caregiver+ from App Store Directly’ section below to ensure you download the correct version.

Downloading Mobile Caregiver+ from App Store Directly If for some reason you need to download the Mobile Caregiver+ app from the Apple App

Store directly, without being prompted from Tellus eVV+ app, you should follow the

instructions below to ensure you download the correct mobile application.

1. Click on the App Store icon on your mobile device.

2. The Apple App Store will be displayed. Tap on

the Search icon in the app.

3. Enter ‘tellus evv+’ in the Search field. The results are displayed. Select tellus evv+. 4. Scroll down until you see the Mobile Caregiver+ app solution as shown below. Tap on the Mobile Caregiver+ app name.

5. The Mobile Caregiver+ app for Version 2.0.34 will be displayed. It is VERY important that you see the Mobile Caregiver+ app with the ‘+’ icon as shown below. If you do NOT see this exact application, confirm you have entered the correct search value of ‘tellus evv+’. If you did not, then perform the search again.

Downloading Mobile Caregiver+ for the First Time If you have never downloaded the Tellus evv+ mobile app, you will need to install the Mobile

Caregiver+ app from the Apple App Store as outlined in the instructions below to ensure you

download the correct mobile application.

icon in the app.
