We have all been taught to imbibe good things
of our father, grand father, teachers, saints
,leaders and any other person who has virtues.
So finding good things and assimilating these in
us is an art which all human beings are
bestowed with.
Call it symbolism or tokenism, Shri Arun Jaitly , India's Finance
Minister leads about a dozen central ministers who have opted
out of the subsidy given by the government for LPG gas
cylinders. Oil companies say it may not be much in terms of
financial gain but surely it shows the way. Subsidy is for those
who need it.
He also mentioned this in the Lok Sabha while presenting Union
Budget.
Let the affluent among us think over it and decide if God has
given us enough financial strength, we should (write a letter to
our Gas Cylinder supplier and) opt out of the subsidy. Let this be
a daan which would be useful to someone else who needs it. Let
you and Bharat Vikas Parishad be the first to spread this
message.
I am sure many others will follow us. Let us start it as a
movement.
