YARD SIGNS: Ready to sell your Focus on Energy Certifi ed New Home? Get noticed by placing a yard sign in the front lawn when construction is nearly complete. The yard sign reinforces the fact that you/your company builds superior homes, and is committed to saving energy.

Yard signs can also help increase general awareness of and interest in the New Homes Program amongst future homebuyers in the area.

WINDOW CLINGS: When a yard sign is not an option, place a cling in the street-facing window of a Focus on Energy Certifi ed New Home.

Window clings can also be placed in a builder’s offi ce or showroom to promote participation in the New Homes Program.
