• The Youth Services of the City of Espoo has one youth information and counselling point
* located in shopping mall in Matinkylä
• yESBOx has been located in several different districts in Espoo since the year 1993
* Leppävaara, Tapiola, Espoon keskus

counselling services
* ERYICA, European Youth Information and Counselling Agency
* For example: services are easily reachable without making appointment, they are free of charge, you can be served anonymous

• Services are aimed for young people, their parents and other professionals working with young people
* Main target group is youth aged 13-25
• We offer guidance, counselling and information in all topics concerning the lives of young people

Personal guidance and counselling: • By visiting at the point, by phone, by email
• One of our youth workers is part time at Youth Clinic Nupoli
• In addition we answer questions on Internet; in questions & answers service called Pulmakulma www.nuoret.info/

Giving courses in various topics, for example: • Ansio-kurssi which is for young people aged 14-
17 to get better changes to gain a summer job

* Going abroad, environment issues • Summer job events • Organizing info events at schools, for example:
* Info stalls in high schools: information about further education and gap year
* “Independent living” theme lessons in high schools: information about housing and financial issues

Other things our work includes:
• Being part of the “Lempibussi”; sexual education bus visiting middle schools
• Operating as a sending organization for young people in EVS, European voluntary service/ Youth in Action –program
• Organizing international work camp in a summer time with Youth services
