FREEDOM PARK – Home of the Veterans Memorial100 W. California Ave.

Located between Kerr McGee Community Center and City Hall. This is a 19.8 acre open turf areaopen to the public. There is also a Gazebo area available for rental.

HELLMERS PARK125 S. Warner St.

Located next to the Senior Citizen Center and Pinney Pool. This 1 acre park has picnic tablesand an enclosed area great for the dogs. The park hours are: 5:00am - 10:00pm.

SGT. JOHN PINNEY MEMORIAL POOL205 S. Warner St.

Located at 205 S. Warner Street, behind City Hall.

JAMES M. PEARSON MEMORIAL PARK1001 N. Downs St

This 4.5 acre park has a large playground area with a specific area for small children, abasketball court, grass, trees, and picnic tables for community use. The park hours are: 5:00am -10:00pm.

UPJOHN PARK501 E. Upjohn

This 6 acre park has two playgrounds, horse shoe pits, a basketball court, lights, and restrooms.The park hours are: 5:00am - 10:00pm.

LEROY JACKSON PARK SPORTS COMPLEX302 E. French St.

56 acres located on French St. adjacent to Leroy Jackson Park. There are three softball fieldswith lights, three regulation soccer fields with lights, including the Matt Armstrong Memorial fields.Lt. Ralph E. Foulks, Jr. Memorial Tennis Courts, a total of 6 tennis courts, no lighting. All facilitiesare available for reservations, please call 499-5151.

RIDGECREST SKATE PARK302 E. French St.

Located on French St. adjacent to Leroy Jackson Park. Open to the public from 5:00am to12:00am. Skaters are required to wear a helmet, knee pads & elbow pads.

The Kerr McGee Community Center has a large meeting/banquet hall that accommodatesup to 1,000 people and five smaller meeting rooms. The gymnasium is also available for rent.A complete kitchen is available for rental use by individuals or caterers. For rental rates,availability and additional information call 499-5151.

There is a $300.00 deposit for ½ hall rentals and $500 deposit for full hall rentals. The depositis due at the time of reservation and rental fees due 5 days prior to use. KARATEThis is a Shotokan karate class based on the JKA (Japan Karate Association) tradition. The classteaches basic techniques as well as sparring and kata training. The dedicated student gains skills inself-defense in addition to healthy exercises. There is a commitment to excellence, respect, and selfimprovement.

RIDGECREST GYMNASTICS ACADEMY - SUMMER CAMP A camp you’ll flip over! RGA Gymnastics is a great place to find a balance. Summer Camp will offerarts, crafts, games, and of course gymnastics for all ages. Every day includes at least 3 hours ofspecialized gymnastics instruction by our RGA instructors. Vault, bars, balance beam, floor exercise,rings, pommel horse and tumble track are all part of the fun. Campers are grouped according to theirage/abilities for gymnastics.
